My peaceful 2-bedrooms, 1 bathroom residential private apartment (Entire Main Level) has everything you need for your Marstons Mills trip. The home comes with Wi-Fi, self-check-in, and free parking. During your stay, you will enjoy the privacy of zero shared spaces. Free cleaning once per week for stay 6 days or greater (additional cleaning may be requested for an additional charge). The home was perfect for our family! It was very clean. The appliances and, coffee maker and dishes available were great! We all thought the beds were super comfortable as well. The location was centrally located for getting to all of the different spots on the cape, Falmouth, Chatham, Hyannis, Harwich

Color scheme is warm and inviting. Water pressure in shower is perfect. Full size bed is soft and just the right amount of firmness/softness. Never wanted to leave the kitchen.

Luxury !

This place is knockout gorgeous. Better than a boutique hotel! So well decorated. The kitchen was a dream. Loved cooking there. Beds and linens beautiful and comfortable. It was light and airy. Just perfection. A wonderful base from which to explore the amazing Cape Cod for the first time.

Massachusetts family of 3

The house is absolutely exceptional. We have been visiting Cape Cod for years and this house so far is the most impressive. Olivette and Linton have done very well job taking care of the house. The location is convenient to everything, as everyone can see on the map. What people can't see on the house pictures are those small details that make our stay enjoyable. The sparkly clean heating vents and floor moldings, vey clean tub and sinks, perfectly clean and fluffy bathroom mat that no one stepped on before us or good quality laundry detergen for our convenience. Those details make a difference. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house and having a truly relaxing and enjoyable trip.

Very nice house & location

We enjoyed our stay here as part of our family reunion & vacation which we had been trying to plan for the past several years. It was a great location for excursions around the Cape, and the house itself was a beautiful and peaceful place to call home base.

Excellent Stay

This was a great stay! The location was great and so was the space. Everything was clean and well set up. We loved that there was a grill and a little outdoor eating area. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Book the stay! It is well worth it!

Lovely home in Marstons Mills

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here on the Cape. The VRBO was exactly how we envisioned it would be. The house was clean and full of charm. The host was accommodating and very quick to answer any questions we had. We would absolutely come back next time we visit.
