Restored 1920's farmhouse with heated salt water pool! Feels extremely remote, while all the conveniences + attractions of the North Fork are just minutes away!

Cornfield + sod views lend themselves to the serene setting our guests love. A farm sits on the back of the property + fresh produce is sold at a small farm stand out front.

Eat in kitchen with 3 seat island and 8 person dining table. Renovated basement includes a full bathroom, washer/dryer, queen sofa bed, trundle bed, large smart tv perfect for kids to hang out.

We had a great time at this beautiful home - the pool was amazing, kitchen was great and the front porch was the perfect place to spend an evening. Added bonus a working farm on site! We will definitely be back.

We spent a cousins weekend at this lovely farmhouse! The house was clean, updated, and had all the modern amenities. It was the perfect size for our adult party of 7. The location was near to the town of Greenport, beaches and wineries. The pool area was great for relaxing in the sun! Peter and Carla were easily accessible and even offered us an early check-in as there were no guests checking out prior to our arrival, which gave us an extra day to enjoy their lovely home! Fall stay for wedding weekend

The house was just perfect for our stay for our son’s wedding weekend. Wonderful house, absolutely immaculate with just what we needed! The pool was such a treat, and we’ll suited for little kids, and the view from the front porch lovely and relaxing. The hosts could not have been more responsive to our several pre and post arrival questions and requests, nor more welcoming. We loved this house and hope to return!

Group of us from MA come here to visit and relax, while being close to some of our favorite vineyards on the north fork of LI. The home is a perfect size for the six of us. Clean, inviting, comfortable, and convenient. The hosts are very accommodating and readily available for any communications needed. This is the second time we have stayed here and will do so again in the future.

Bad Experience. Do NOT Recommend.

The home is beautiful, but the property managers/owners were difficult to work and made us feel incredibly unwelcome. No one reached out with details for check in until after I sent two messages requesting information. The information that finally came was incorrect, and had I not read it thoroughly I would have missed that the check-in time on her lease was 2 hours later than the time on the reservation. While this was a minor inconvenience, the worst event took place after we left. The owner texted me 5 days after our departure about a stain on the carpet we most likely did not make, considered we do not have a dog and spent very few hours in the home as we were in town for a family wedding. Although she could not confirm how the stain was made and did not inform me until almost a week after we left, she requested an expensive carpet cleaning fee via Venmo/Zelle and insisted that she would take the matter up with VRBO if I did not pay her. My in-laws stayed in various homes on the North Fork for the same weekend and all had great stays. I highly recommend doing alternative research before booking this home.

We're very surrised to see you post such a negative review for our property, which, as is evident, has never happened before on VRBO or any other site. I'd like to address a few of your comments: As you mentioned, the check in time on VRBO was incorrect, however we happily gave access to our home at the earlier time you requested without hesitation. After you initially left, you also mentioned that you and your guests had a wonderful stay and were discussing renting again in the future. Regarding the stain on the rug, you were the last guests in our home, and a urine scented spot was present on our living room rug that I am 100% certain was not there prior to your stay. We overlook many typical wear and tear in our home that we understand comes with renting, but something like a spot on a rug can be very costly to us as home owners and hosts. As I explained before, our cleaner had alerted me to the stain but being that I was out of town for work, I didn’t get a chance to address it property until several days after your departure. I apologize that it wasn't brought to your attention sooner. Through our text messages you suggested possibly your son could have had an accident, which is fine, accidents happen. Had you not provided me with that information, I would not have taken the conversation any further. In an effort to show our many wonderful renters that we always try to do the right thing, we have refunded the cleaning fee since you are clearly very upset. This is also an unpleasant part of hosting that we try to navigate as best as we can.

Beyond Fabulous!

Our group was very excited to stay at Peter and Carla’s home and it did not disappoint. The home was beautifully appointed with modern amenities while still maintaining the home’s original farmhouse charm. Our group was extremely comfortable with plenty of room to relax. Peter was so nice to reach out to us to check in and let us know to contact him if we needed anything. The home is situated at a great location, just minutes from wineries, farms and restaurants and we enjoyed it all. We can’t wait to come back again and enjoy the pool in-season!

Paradise in the North Form

My wife and I stayed at Carla and Peters property for a month where we worked during the week. We could not have had a more idyllic experience. Every aspect of the farmhouse was brand new and beautifully renovated. The pool is brand new and is very high end. The internet is high speed, making work a breeze. We had such a great time. The fresh produce from the farm was a delight. This is truly a gem and we would love to stay again in the future. It is a very special place.

Fantastic renovated farmhouse

We stayed here over the holidays to visit my in-laws who live right down the street. Being familiar with the area, I knew exactly which house this was as it is on my typical running route while visiting. The farmhouse is fantastic. I love the kitchen and bathrooms. The space, layout, renovation and decor are fabulous. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable with all of the necessary staples.
