"Welcome to Park Avenue 214, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium located in Foley, Alabama. This second-floor retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is ideally situated just 5 minutes from the Foley Sports Complex and 10 minutes from the Gulf Shores Sportsplex. You’ll be a short drive from the white-sand beaches of the Gulf, only 11 miles away, and just minutes from shopping at Tanger Outlets. For family fun, OWA and the Tropic Falls water park are less than 5 minutes from your door.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing beach snacks, casual breakfasts or full dinners. With plenty of counter space, modern appliances and easy access to the dining and living areas, it’s set up to make meals easy and enjoyable.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a convenient hall bathroom.

Great place

This unit is clean, family friendly and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. This is a second floor unit which I was not aware of until we got there.

Overall nice property and centrally located. Great for softball/baseball tourneys

Had to wait until exactly 4pm and had to call to get new code as code sent didn’t work. Listed as 3 bed 3 bath but only 3 bed 2 bath. Master bedroom was hotter than rest of condo, took awhile for it to cool down. Overall great layout and plenty of space. No trouble parking, trash did build up quickly in outdoor container and pool container. Pretty happy with stay. Would stay again depending on how many staying and time of year.

Won’t be going through a property owned condo

After reviewing your website I went with your booking due to the reviews. CLEAN and wonderful.... 1) upon arrival which we discovered hair on the bedding and pillows. 2) stove was nasty and grease 3). Utility closet door was dirty with hair and dust and hasn't been clean in months4). Something was split down the kitchen wall and not cleaned up. 5). blood on light switches and on comforter in the master suiteAfter returning with no calls saying it was clean at 11, we saw the only thing done was the light switches and the bedding. If they did switch them. Then when we were in the kitchen saw a roach.... which means the condo needs to be bombed Then we were getting in the master bed it's collapse. Nothing like rolling down hill all night after driving 12 hours .The other issue is the manager is not willing to speak with us until late in the day on the second day. This shows me they only care about the money and not making the guest happy. We did get back 1 nights stay and was to get back service fee and cleaning fee. But was told they would refund our money unless they could lease out the rest of our stay.
