Sun Palm Savannah at Windsor Palms Resort

Sun Palm Savannah is a self-catering luxury family vacation villa, located within the gated Windsor Palms Resort near Kissimmee, Florida. Our vacation villa has nearly 2400 square feet of luxury and comfort the whole family can enjoy. The villa features 5 dedicated bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media suite that is an optional 6th bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy the stunning views from the villa's private heated swimming pool and spa* that overlooks a sprawling conservation area with no rear neighbors. Best of all, our family villa is in the heart of the vacation district and just 3 miles from Walt Disney World Resort!
*Spa heat is complimentary, additional charges apply to heat the private pool.
**Booking guest will be required to provide a photo of valid government issued identification or passport and sign our rental agreement.

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for 3 families with little kids. We were very impressed with the amount of items the owners had for small kids, including utensils, bowls, cups, high chair, even an extra umbrella stroller to use. Brett, was a great host who was available the entire time during our stay and got back with a timely response every time. We look forward to booking again!

Since day one of booking, the property owner Brett, was very helpful and communicative. Perfect!

I have stayed, in Windsor Palms many time this is far the best villa I have stayed in. It is spotless, has everything you need and more and very spacious. Perfect location for parks, restaurants and shopping. Nothing was to much for Brett the owner and let us have a late checkout. I would highly recommend Sun Palm Savannah and cant wait to return.

Clean & cute

The property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. We had one minor issue upon trying to check in at the gate when we first arrived, which was not at all due to the fault of the owner, but he was quick to get it resolved for us. The home was very clean and decorated so cute!

Family Get Away

Plenty of room for the family, 7 adults and 4 children, appreciated the pool (heated) and the game room (garage) with pool table and other games. Close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.

Fantastic Villa and great location for Disney

Our overall experience was just amazing, property owner could not have been more helpful and any questions we had were replied to almost instantly. Lovely, clean house in a secure area. Very nicely done out. Super pool with hot tub with lights which changed colour. Huge washing machine and tumble drier although the garage was hot enough for clothes to dry overnight on the clothes horses. Easy checking out. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy access to Disney parks and Walmart! Club rooms were very nice. Pool area, cinema and gym available with small shop for essentials.

Excellent Disney stay!

Brett’s house was extremely comfortable and clean. We had so much space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Parks were a close drive away (15-20 min) and the pool and hot tub were amazing after long days. Brett was quick and responsive, we would recommend this to anyone and stay again!

Wonderful vacation

This house was all around Great! It fit our group of 7 cheer Mom’s perfectly! The the layout worked well for our group. The location was perfect, close to Disney and ESPN (15 minutes). The house was well maintained and clean. The property manager was awesome to work with, lots of information and responsive to our questions. Will definitely consider this next year!!

The Villa made the holiday

Can't speak highly enough about this Villa and how it was perfect for the 11of us. The owner Brett was a joy to deal with and prompt to sort out any issues all of which were minor. Located in a great area 15 minute's from Disney and 35 minute's from Universal. Would book this Villa again if we were to go back.

Staff House

Beautiful home!

I would highly recommend this home. Perfect place to stay and relax after leaving Disneyworld. In close proximity to everything you need. comfortable beds and nice linens. Beautiful pool and hot tub. We would absolutely want to stay here again if/when we go back. The Host was very informative and helpful with logistics & anything we needed.
