Dolphin Way is a gated, private, beachfront condo community on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on desirable Bonita Beach, you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot or a crowded beach area. From your private beach you can see Sanibel Island/Fort Myers beach to the north, and Naples/Marco Island to the south.
Just 30 minutes from the airport, Dolphin Way is close to restaurants and shopping. The condo is only 10 minutes to the grocery store while you pass some of the locals' favorite restaurants and bars. Enjoy all Southwest Florida living with water sports, fishing, nature preserves, sporting events, and some farmers markets throughout the winter season.
This second-floor condo is comfortably equipped with everything you need to enjoy living on the beach. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets from your very own private lanai or take a stroll on the 6 mile stretch of the white sandy beach, only a few steps away.

We are a small local family from Bonita Springs. We grew up here in Bonita and both attended FGCU. After graduation, we decided we wanted to work for ourselves and started our own business here locally in Bonita and Naples. We have been investing in real estate for a few years now, but just getting started in vacation rentals and are eager to share this newest venture with you!
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We purchased Casa de Mimi because of it's beautiful location on Bonita Beach. My mother's dream has always been to live on the beach, so this is for her to use when she comes to visit. We sometimes take our kids down just to go to the beach, we love how quiet it is on the end and being able to use the pool. The sunsets are also a plus :).We also want to be able to share this with other visitors throughout the year.

While we may be biased, a West Coast Florida Sunset never gets old. All year long you can sit on this balcony and enjoy the spectacular view. You can sit and listen to the waves and in the summer time watch the thunderstorms roll in. You can stroll the beach in the early morning, when the water is calm and collect some of the best shells.
