Welcome to Majesty! No detail has been overlooked in this newly updated and beautifully decorated family beach home. It is located in the Ocean Watch community in The Village at Nags Head (MP 15.5).

Whether enjoying the serenity of the sunrise over the ocean or watching the breathtaking sunsets over the sound, this home offers some of the most magnificent views in the area. Couple that with the private community pool located just yards away or a short walk to the beach and you have the ingredients for a perfect vacation. Guests can play yard games, cook on the grill, and share a meal at the picnic tables all while listening to the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the beautiful Outer Banks shoreline. Nothing is more relaxing than ending your day lounging in the hot tub and experiencing the tranquil radiance of a full moon rising over the ocean.

Additional highlights include a public beach access across the street and plenty of walking/biking paths.

Conveniently located nearby are grocery stores, shopping centers, and local attractions. For example Booty Treats and Forbes Candy, restaurants including Owens, Sam & Omie’s, and The Dunes, Jeanette’s Pier, and the Outer Banks Outlet Mall.

Great place for family getaway!

Loved this house! Shopped around lots of different sites before coming across this house on VRBO. So glad we found it, very comfortable in every way, beautiful kitchen, loved the hot tub. Location was perfect, across the street from public beach access and there were plenty of places we could walk to for shopping, ice cream, food. This house is meticulously maintained, beds and bedrooms were awesome, really couldn't ask for anything more. Community pool was very clean and pretty. Owner was a great host!

Very well laid out house. Clean and good location. Best thing about the house was that the host was excellent. The pool was closed during our visit but he did his best and got us an alternative. We never used it but kudos to his effort. Would definitely stay there again. 5 stars

I cannot say enough about this property!

The attention to detail, including your dream vacation kitchen, great mattresses, comfortable and spacious living room furniture, impeccable housekeeping and plenty of liens and towels made our week fabulous. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and faces out on Beach Rd. A nice beach entrance is just across the street. This is a family-owned and managed property and Howard was available in minutes....maybe even seconds! This is the nicest property we have ever stayed at and would stay again.

Awesome experience at Majesty

My family rented this property for Thanksgiving week. The owner was so great to work with. He made sure we had our keyless entry codes well in advance, and texted the evening of our arrival to make sure we had gotten in ok and that everything was ok with the house. We had one concern which was that there was no way to turn the deadbolt on the porch doors, and we had littles that we were afraid would escape during the night since one of the doors was in their room. Howard had a handyman come the next day to install an internal child lock up high for us! The property was great - nice views of the ocean, super clean, had everything you could need - I have never seen a kitchen so well-stocked in a rental. Would definitely recommend!!

Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for the 10 of us; our 4 adult children and their significant others! Very clean and roomy, and the kitchen is well equipped with contemporary cook ware, and accessories. A short walk to the beach made for a wonderful, fun filled week!

The Majesty Rocks!!

This property is absolutely beautiful! It was spacious for our family. The home decor is top of the line. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining (and more).The beds were comfy, and there was never a line to use the bathroom! The sound system was amazing. The outdoor seating was to die for, and the views were breathtaking. The hot tub and pool were refreshing after a day at the beach. The beach was such a short walk across the street! The host answered questions immediately and was very informative. Our stay was truly “majestic.” We cannot wait to return!

Howard was a great host. The house was brand new feeling and clean, and it fit our two families with room to spare. We kept the positive beach vibes flowin’ with a steady stream of reggae on the house Sonos system. Perfect location - walking distance to the beach and right in the mix in Nags Head. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at Majesty was excellent! The property has everything you need for a week away from home. The property contact was very responsive to our questions. The location in Nags Head is perfect. It is within 15 minutes of everything you want to do on the outer banks. Would highly recommend this property for your OBX vacation.

Majesty!

Our first time booking through VRBO has been the best. “Majesty” is beautiful, fully stocked and has many upgrades compared to most OBX houses even down to the small details of the home. Howard has been responsive since the initial inquires into the home. The subdivision pool is close and clean and beach access is close and easily accessible with a ramp. It has been the best vacation! This was the perfect beach house for our 5th annual family beach trip!

Great house and time

My family had a great two weeks at this home. Very clean and decorated perfectly! Community pool was nice and relaxing - not crowded. Quiet community/cul de sac. Howard is awesome to work with and readily available. Would, without a doubt, rent this home again for our next OBX vacation.
