Une vue imprenable sur l'océan et un accès direct à la plage font de cette fantastique maison semi-en bord de mer une parfaite
choix de vacances. Situé à seulement 50 pieds de la plage, Access, votre famille adorera être proche de l'océan. Le mobilier et la décoration sont si confortables que vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Lumineuse, gaie et très bien équipée, cette maison a une terrasse couverte face à l'océan, où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de la brise fraîche de l'Atlantique.

Rez-de-chaussée: Parking pour 4 voitures, douche extérieure fermée et salle de bain complète, terrasse couverte, bar tiki, accès direct à la plage (juste en face de la route de la plage).
Niveau principal: salon joliment décoré avec TV, magnétoscope, DVD, stéréo w / CD, vue sur l'océan, petite salle à manger avec table de pub, bar de cuisine avec des sièges, 3 chambres: Master avec Queen, TV et salle de bain complète, une autre Queen w / TV, un autre w / Duo Bunk- une autre salle de bain complète, buanderie, terrasse et véranda couverte.

Les caractéristiques comprennent: AC / chauffage central, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, téléphone, 3 téléviseurs, magnétoscope, DVD, stéréo w / CD, ventilateurs de plafond et meubles de terrasse. Loue du samedi au samedi - Départ à 10 h 00 après 16 h 00 Les serviettes sont fournies mais doivent être lavées, draps non fournis.

Buddy's Place was the perfect house for our small family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect! Right across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location !

Was so nice to be so close to the beach! Nice little place and had all we needed. Was too hot to hang out outside until the sun went down but really enjoyed the porches and tiki bar. Could walk to the Black Pelican and short drive to many other restaurants and shopping. Beach was so close!

Great OBX Beach House

Buddy’s Place was a great beach house for our family vacation this year. It is the perfect size for a family of 5 or 6, and provided us with all of the comforts and convenience of home. Being so close to the beach with the access directly across the road was very nice - not having to carry all of our beach gear very far was awesome! We’ll definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit OBX!

Great stay in Outer Banks

The rental was perfect for our family of 4 which included 2 teens. Being across the street from the beach with semi-private stair access to the beach was terrific. We had the unique experience of being able to watch a nest of baby sea turtles hatch/emerge and make their way to the ocean one night, the highlight of our trip.

At The Beach

Great house for my family to stay to get some beach time. Walking to and from the beach was a breeze. Close to restaurants. Just the right sizes house for us. We will be back!

Cozy Cottage

While this was not the largest cottage we have rented it was definitely the coziest and we truly enjoyed the location, steps from the beach. We enjoyed all of the outside areas which included the front porch, the back deck and the downstairs bar and yard area. The house is decorated in a beach vibe that just feels warm and inviting! Will definitely rent again!

Buddy's place

We had a great week at Buddy's Place. It feels like a real beach house. Nice finishing touches on decor. Loved the outdoor space and downstairs bathroom. Only downside was a slightly small kitchen/ dining room. Great beach access.

The ground floor and 2nd floor layouts were spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. Parking was ample and beach access right across the road was very convenient. The only negative was having to provide our own bed sheets

Great Vacation Spot

House is nicely decorated. Front porch is nice for early morning coffee. Sadly not much of an ocean view due to the dunes being so high but I understand why they have been so built up. Look the tiki bar area for eating and evening fun. Great beach access. Host answers questions quickly. You'll love this house!

Wonderful OBX Getaway

Buddy's Place was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to get away and enjoy our first trip to the OBX. We really enjoyed the property as well as the close proximity to the beach. The outdoor shower and bathroom made it nice to clean up after a day in the sand as well as easy access to a bathroom when needed. The front porch elevation is just enough to be able to enjoy coffee on the porch by looking out over the ocean. This area seem to be a good central location to enjoy both the northern and southern parts of OBX. We would definitely rent with Buddy again!

The perfect spot!!!

Buddy’s place is a gem! Right on the beach, a private access so we had plenty of room on the beach. Great location, it’s calm traffic wise but you’re still close to everything! The house it self is so cute, not tiny and crowded at all!! Beautiful outside bathroom with outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach. The best backyard/bar/grilling area!! We will be coming back to buddy’s place!

Wonderful stay

We loved the quaintness and cleanliness of the house! It was perfect for our family and the outdoor shower and space was a huge bonus. The beach access was directly across the street and so convenient for little ones. If we needed anything it was a quick walk back to the house. Be prepared to bring all your essentials; toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, propane, etc. We didnt know we were supposed to and either had none or very little available. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the area and neighbors were quiet and friendly. Would stay again!

However, propane is provided for the grill. We Endeavor to make our guests very comfortable when they visit our beach house. We consider all comments and look for ways to improve your experience. Buddy's Place

I cannot say enough nice things about this property. It literally felt like home away from home. All the necessities you're used to and you can see the ocean from the front porch. Great outdoor bathroom/shower keeps the sand out of the house and outside where it belongs. Plenty of instructions and reminders posted inside to answer any questions you may have. I brought down my wife, son, and his best friend and it was an amazing week. I hope we can book Buddy's Place again next year!!!!

I'm Buddy and I grew up in the Richmond, Va. area and still live nearby. I bought the beach house 1997 and restored it. I love the idea that I can walk across the street and I am on the beach! I love the sea and sand and enjoy watching wild Life .
