Newly renovated, spacious condo that's walking distance (~0.5 miles) to Main Street!

There are three levels, 2,500 square feet, and sleeps up to 8 guests with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

This condo has easy access to restaurants, bars, breweries, boutique shops, Mirror Lake and the Olympic arena. There also is a trolley stop just steps away as an alternative to walking. Whiteface Mountain ski area is less than 10 miles away!

Really enjoyed the condo. Great sunroom on back with spacious lawn out back. The condo is spacious, yet the room are fairly private which was perfect for our party of guests. We'd stay there again!

Great Place!!

Great place just off of the beaten path yet less than a mile from the Olympic Museum. Nestled in a quiet area and not the hustle and bustle of downtown, but within walking distance. Very comfortable with an amazing host! Will make sure to book here again when returning to Lake Placid.

Great location in Lake Placid—walking distance to a few brew pubs and the Adirondack Rail Trail; a little further walk to downtown, but makes the location quieter from the main hustle and bustle. Unit was well-appointed with a good selection of dishes that allowed us to do a mixture of eating in and eating out. Easy access (with a car) to lots of regional highlights as well, including High Falls Gorge, Au Sable Chasm, Fort Ticonderoga, and lots of great hiking up any number of local peaks. Look forward to returning again in the future.

Really great place

This was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in.....and we have stayed in quite a few. Very well appointed, absolutely everything you needed was there for cooking, cleaning, laundry, you name it. We didn't have to buy anything other than our food. It was great!

Wonderful Space

We came to Lake Placid for our February break and had an incredible time! There was 2 families and this space was perfect to host allof us. With the bedrooms broken up over 3 floors we had plenty of room to spread out. The place was also a short drive into town and weather pending would not be a bad walk into town. Erinn was amazing and communicated wonderfully. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. It was very conveniently located between Main Street and the lacrosse fields. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and the bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Great town house and excellent host!!! Had a bit of trouble with the super hot weather but our host Erinn went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you for that. We need more people like her in this world . I highly recommend this spacious and clean townhome!

Everything We Needed

Had such a good time gathering with extended family here. The townhouse was even more spacious than I anticipated and it gave plenty of room for all to relax and enjoy. It was easy to get to the main part of town with a quick drive. Parking was convenient right in front of the townhouse. And the sunroom was a nice bonus addition with a pretty view of the common grassy area. Overall, we had such a great time and would love to visit again!

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was much bigger than we excepted, and very clean. We had an issue hot water our second day but Erinn was extremely responsive and had some one out to fix it quickly. Close proximity to town, and an easy drive to skiing. Would absolutely stay there again-
