Ceci est une belle maison de ville de luxe situĂ©e sur Siesta Key. Dr. Beach a nommĂ© Siesta Key Beach comme la plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis pour 2011 et 2016. Stephen P. Leatherman, directeur du laboratoire de recherche cĂŽtiĂšre de la Florida International University, Ă©galement connu sous le nom de Dr. Beach, compile cette liste annuelle en utilisant 50 critĂšres incluant les installations, la qualitĂ© de l'eau, le sable et la sĂ©curitĂ©. This home was lovely. Views from master bedroom of the beach and sunset were amazing. Loved the location - super close to the village and the beach (access 3). The pool was nicely heated. The communication with the host was excellent and all responses to any questions was very prompt.It is a 3 story house, so it is a lot of steps.We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location to beach and village. Loved the property and decor. Couch cushions on lower level could use spot cleaning, but overall very welcoming and clean. Would definitely stay again!

The house is very clean and spacious! Literally steps to the beach and village. All the amenities, we really appreciated the beach chairs wagon and cooler. We love Siesta Key and will definitely book this house again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Communication was quick and easy if we had any questions. I loved the cleanliness of the condo and fun stuff for the beach too. Location was PERFECT. If I had to give one recommendation it would be to get some more silverware, but we managed just fine. WE loved it here. Thanks so much

Perfect Location

This is a beautiful duplex, in my opinion the best location on the island. Steps to both the beach and Siesta Village, you truly don't need to get in the car for anything. Plenty of beach equipment, chairs, coolers, wagon, towels, and multiple umbrellas. The two beds are very comfortable but i would definitely not plan on an adult on the sleeper sofa in the lower level. Communication with the property manager was excellent, we were there during the tropical storm, so it was nice to have contact with someone locally.

Beautiful

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this amazing location! The beautiful beaches of Siesta Key are within steps from the front door. The beach sunsets are absolutely breathtaking!!! The village is within walking distance and is a perfect spot for every person, from cute little boutiques for shopping to fun restaurants and bars! There is no need to drive anywhere. This place has it all! I was very impressed with the townhouse. The house is very clean and neat. It is decorated beautifully. Thank you to the rental crew for helping me book this location. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and my family and I will be returning!

a wonderful condo in a perfect location

The condo was even nicer than the website photos. The decor was lovely - lots of beautiful and fun things on the walls, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Clearly the owners take loving care of their home. The condo was well stocked - more generously than many VRBO's we have rented. When there was any issue, the property manager was on it and extremely pleasant and helpful. The location couldn't be better if you like to be within a 3-minute walk to a magnificent beach and to a very lively "village" which had nice shops and several good restaurants. Getting into Sarasota was easy and a great city to visit. One thing to note: there are 41 steps in the condo and the stairs are somewhat steep. We are in our late 70's and we initially found this a challenge but soon adapted - and the exercise was great. We were three generations in the unit and each of us was delighted with our stay!!!

Premier location

This is the second time, within the year, I have rented this condo. Location is one sidewalk to sand, 1 sidewalk to excitement center of village! Can’t go wrong 😃

Great Location!

We had a wonderful week at Siesta Key beach. The condo was very clean, comfortable and the location to the beach and the village is the best! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again. There are a lot of steps for the elderly so that would be something to consider if renting.

Absolutely stunning house 1 block from beach and @2.5 blocks from village! We had the best time! Manager Carrie was great and responded quickly when we had questions.

Plenty of quality beach gear provided such as beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Front outdoor space with partial ocean views comfortably available for 2 people but can fit up to 4 people. There is more outdoor space out back by the pool. Property was very clean.

Great location to walk to village and beach

Property was clean and well kept. Once we parked our car, we didn’t need it again until we left the island. There are 4 flights of stairs in this townhouse to reach the bedrooms, this was not a problem for us, but could be for anyone who has difficulty getting around. The pool is more of a plunge pool with no views. We didn’t spend much time there, since we were so close to the beach. The house had all the beach supplies we needed, a wagon, towels, umbrellas and chairs. Only thing lacking was a few essentials- laundry detergent, trash bags, paper products, TP. I know they are not required to provide, but most places usually have this in stock. We enjoyed the townhouse enough to rent it again for next year!l Hard to beat this location.
