We came not for the beach but to be near Mayo clinic. It was a great location, quick drive to mayo, close restaurants and so nice and quite to heal. All the conforts of home.

Overall impression was excellent! Easy communication with owner, clean home, close to the beach and so much more to explore! Well appointed property that is centrally located in the Jax Beach area within walking distance (or a bike ride) to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. There’s even a wagon provided to help you with carting your stuff to the beach. My young adults really enjoyed the fire pit.

Lesson learned… call to confirm number of beds!! This house posted as “sleeps 8” saying it had bunkbeds in one of the rooms and it did not. It only has 3 rooms with 3 beds, sleeps 6. I’ve never encounter this before and when I reached out to the owner, they offered an air mattress that I’d have to put in the living room right in front of the restroom. (Only space for a queen air mattress) They said they were in the middle of renovating during my booking and failed to offer much support. The first floor restroom seat was broken and I informed the owner on day 1, they said they’d come fix it but did not. The furniture was uncomfortable, more like stage furniture. The location was great, near grocery store and great foodThe hot tub was nice but doesn’t get hot. It was clean and functional. The house cleaning was decent except the oven. We didn’t use it anyways. There were dishes that were put up that was dirty. So I had to wash everything that I wanted to use. The AC worked amazing! Even when we turned it up to 73, it seemed to stay on 68. Except at night… for some reason all the rooms were not cooling even with it was on 68. We got hot a lot. The house offered beach chairs and umbrellas so that’s nice. I would not stay here again, especially for one week.

This Host and Property were both amazing! This property has any and everything you will ever need for your stay! From the kitchen to bikes in the garage. We give a 10/10! We would definitely come back here if we ever visited Jacksonville again. Highly recommended! Awesome Beach House

We had a wonderful family vacation and loved the close walk to the beach! Excellent communication from the owner which was greatly appreciated. The garage had a cooler, wagon and lots of beach toys for the kids to enjoy. As an added bonus tons of beach towels which was helpful! We really enjoyed parking in the garage and the nice back patio to hose off from the beach. Lots of food and groceries nearby and again the communication with the host was amazing. We will stay here the next time we are in Jacksonville!

Great experience!

My husband, 2 small kids, and I stayed here for a couple of weeks during our home reno. We had a great experience. The location isn’t the greatest in terms of walking to the beach (it’s doable but not suggested with toddlers) and the neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks; however, it’s centrally located and very easy to get anywhere quickly. Home had everything we needed. The property manager and owner were a pleasure to work with.

Hi, I’m Ed.
I believe where you stay should feel just as good as the destination itself.

I love cooking and pairing wine with great food, and my family and I travel often, so I truly understand how important a cozy, comfortable vacation home is.

Hosting is personal to me. I created Summer Breeze to be more than just a place to sleep, it’s meant to feel welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. I pay attention to the details so every guest can enjoy a smooth, 5-star experience.

I value family, excellence, and meaningful moments. Whether you’re here to relax, reconnect, or explore, my goal is simple: for you to feel confident you chose the right place — and excited to return.

Thank you for trusting us with your stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose this neighborhood because of its unbeatable location and convenience.

You’re just minutes from Jax Beach, with easy access to major restaurants and bars — perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. For medical stays, we’re conveniently close to Mayo Clinic and Baptist Health. If shopping is on your list, St. Johns Town Center is nearby, and with quick access to I-295 and I-95, getting around Jacksonville is simple and stress-free.

We’re also about 45 minutes from Daytona International Speedway, 20 minutes from historic St. Augustine, and just 15 minutes from EverBank Stadium to catch a Jaguars game.

It’s the perfect blend of coastal charm and everyday convenience — close enough to everything you need, yet still near the beach to unwind after a long day, whether you’re visiting for medical care, the Daytona 500, or Jaguar game day.
