Welcome to Main Street Meadows! Just steps from Main Street and the Breck Connect Gondola, this classic Breck home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and space for up to 8 guests, Main Street Meadows places you in the heart of it all. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, large windows that fill the home with natural light, and stunning views, all within walking distance of the gondola, trails, restaurants, and shops of downtown Breckenridge.

Proximity: This home is just steps from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. A short 0.2-mile walk (~ 5 min) brings you to the Breck Transit Center & BreckConnect Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8. Simply step outside the front door and stroll down Main Street to find yourself in the center of Breckenridge's historic downtown area.

Living Room: The main living area features abundant natural light, a gas fireplace, plush leather sofa with built-in recliners, armchairs, and a flatscreen TV.

Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 3-person breakfast bar. Guests will enjoy a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.
‱ A traditional drip coffee maker is provided

Dining Room: The dining area seats 6 comfortably at a formal table, creating a welcoming space for meals and conversation.

Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bed, 3 Bath -
‱ Primary Bedroom: King bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, reading nook, and ensuite bath with single vanity and walk-in shower.
‱ Second Bedroom: Queen bed, flatscreen TV, dresser, and closet.
‱ Third Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, and shared full bath with walk-in steam shower and single vanity.
‱ Additional Full Bath: Located by the front door is a shared full bath with shower/tub combo and single vanity.

Family Room: The downstairs bedroom doubles as a recreational space, featuring a flatscreen TV, closet, and access to a full bathroom.

Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor for guest use.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Great property

Fantastic House in Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds are very nice. You just can’t beat the location. It’s across the street from great restaurants and a five minute walk to the gondola. I would stay here again.

Family trip

We went to Breckenridge for a visit with our son and his girlfriend. The house was in a great location! There are plenty of shops within steps of the house. There are also a lot of great hiking trails just a short drive away. And, the house itself was cozy with plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy our time together! We will definitely keep it in mind for our next visit!

Most amazing place I’ve stayed in all visits to Breckenridge

The pictures and description do not capture how fantastic this house is. 350 steps to the Breck Connect Gondola this gorgeously updated home is nestled right in the heart of Breckenridge but also gives privacy/peace/quiet! The house is spacious allowing the right of us staying there ample space for sleeping/eating/hanging out. Will only stay here in the future when visiting Breckenridge!

Near the Gondola

This place was a thumbs up in literally every category except one. The place was very clean, very well equipped in the kitchen, nice size televisions, great location as the walk to the gondola was a short walk. The only downside was that the two king beds are both upstairs and they share a bathroom which is attached to one of the king bedrooms so you have to enter the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. Management staff was wonderful.

Perfect location for skiing and Main Street

This was a great find. We had a car but really didn’t need one as 5 mins walk from bus station, gondola and grocery store and Main Street shops and restaurants. The house is set back from Main Street so is really quiet. House itself was great. Two full bedrooms upstairs and big basement with its own bathroom and two beds. Only very minor issue was that it sleeps 8 but only has seating g for 5 in the living room. Not an issue for our small group. Very well equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Great find

Very nice property in a great location.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Seven adults enjoyed skiing at Breck and then relaxing in this house on Main Street each night.
