Excursions galore, right downstairs. Great atmosphere with or without kids. We are on the vista level so walk right out the door to the cafe/bar or the pool!

Great vacation in a great resort!

We just had a great vacation in Destin FL. The resort is in a great location, walking distance to everything. It's clean and the staff are nice, the unit that we stayed in is in a easy to reach place, close to pool, hot tub, restaurant......etc.

Location!

Loved the location of the property. Elevator is right around the corner, you’re on the floor with the pool/hot tub, nice view to crab island, all kitchen needs provided. Will definitely return for another family vacation!

Great condo with an amazing location

This was our first time staying at the Emerald Grande and it will definitely NOT be our last. The condo had plenty of space, was extremely clean, and is conveniently located to everything. We loved we were located on the pool level and a short elevator ride to HarborWalk. All communication with the owner was quickly replied to. Thank you for an amazing experience and we will definitely be back!

Wedding party

We had our wedding here & needed a place for family to stay! This was a prime location close to the pool and cafe. Additionally since Tracey knew it was a wedding celebration she was so kind to leave us flowers & champagne! We would highly recommend staying here through Tracey and made the check in experience easy!

Amazing

Location, location, location! You will not regret your stay here. Walk down from your room and you're right at the boardwalk! We saved so much money not using an uber! There was so much to do! We brought our boat and rented a boat slip at Harborwalk Marina to explore the bay, and go to Crab Island. Tracey was an excellent host and was easy to talk to. We would definitely stay here again! The decor of the hotel was so classy and the rooms were so nice! Every bed was comfortable. Very clean. Exceeded expectations!

Great time!

Perfect condo for our 7 adults. We spent 4 relaxing days where everything is within walking distance, so not having to get back in the car was fabulous! We completely enjoyed having the pool entrance basically outside our door, that is a definite plus! Only unfortunate thing was the private beach shuttle had scheduling difficulties all due to Mother Nature, but we did get to see the beach for 20 minutes and it was great as well! The condo was well stocked and comfortable for our group of ladies and the balconies show off all the boats at Crab island as well as being able to hear the live music from McGuire’s to top off an evening! Was a great time and recommend highly within hesitation. 😀

Beautiful condo and property!

We were extremely pleased with our experience staying at this condo! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and was supplied with everything you could possibly need. Every single one of the beds, including the bunk beds and pull out couch, were very comfortable. There are two big balconies that overlook crab island. It’s conveniently located at harbor walk village so you can walk down to all the restaurants and the dock. The property’s pool was big and clean with plenty of chairs surrounding it for groups. It did get pretty crowded so you need to get there early to secure a spot. The owner was always responsive, kind, and helpful. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely rent this condo again! Thank you for providing a wonderful place for us to stay and enjoy time with our family!
