Sunrise to Sunset! Direct Ocean Front, Three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms.
This direct ocean front, 2nd floor unit has been specifically created for guests to enjoy views of the ocean and river from every angle! Combination living and dining area, balcony, master bedroom, and breakfast nook all have spectacular sunrise and direct ocean front views. The two guest bedrooms share a balcony with river and sunset views. This unit is professionally cleaned for each and every guest and has an indoor washer/dryer, garage parking, and highspeed internet.
Guests have this entire unit to themselves. Door codes will be given to guests prior to arrival for main entrance and unit door access. Unit comes with one garaged spot, garage remote will be available in the unit upon check-in.
Local co-host Jeanne, Airbnb Superhost and Ambassador, is available by Airbnb messaging or cell/text should you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
Come enjoy the solitude of south Cocoa Beach! This unit is just steps away from Cocoa Beach's famous Taco City. Known for it's ice cold draft beer and tacos.
You will need a car to get around. We are located between Cape Canaveral and Melbourne, near Patrick's Air Force Base. Just 30 minutes from the Melbourne Airport and 1 hour away from the Orlando Airport. Close to Disney, Kennedy Space Center, and the USSSA Space Coast Stadium.
SMART TV's are in master bedroom and living room and use ROKU.
There is no land telephone line in this unit.
Parking includes one indoor, garaged spot plus unassigned open parking on the west side of the building. There is limited parking at Casa Playa, so make, model, color and plate # of each vehicle must be registered with local co-host prior to your arrival.
HOA rules can be found on the kitchen counter; there is no BBQ and please do not drape items over patio rails to dry.
A Cocoa Beach Guidebook is available to guests for local dining favorites and things to do.
Our beach has light restrictions during turtle nesting season from May 1st to October 31st. During this time period, no lights from the unit can illuminate the beach from dawn to dusk.
It is important to also note that Florida's heat, humidity, and rain can, unfortunately, bring critters and creatures onto the grounds, into the hallways and the unit. This unit is treated regularly by Integrity Pest Control for these unwanted guests, but to ensure they remain outside, please be mindful to keep all doors, screens, and windows closed. Should such a guest find it's way into your unit, we have provided you with bug spray, mops, brooms, and trash bags to remedy the situation quickly and effectively. Thank you.
