Long term vacation renters welcome. Available in June 2025 for a 6 month lease or longer. Beautifully remodeled home that looks over the park where you can picnic, play tennis, basketball or use the kids playground. This home has a comfortable back yard that features a hot tub, a fire pit, and putting green. The quiet and tranquility is wonderful for some R and R. 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2 levels provides lots of choices for everyone to find their own private space. Located just 2 miles from Peoria Sports Complex, 15 mins to State Farm Stadium, and 30 to the airport.

Really, really nice place

The pics don't do it justice. This place is updated, modern, and exactly what you're looking for. Loved the hot tub, the local park, and the master bathroom is extremely nice.

Amazing

The house is updated, modern and maintained very nicely. The neighborhood is quiet and has a park near by. It was centrally located on the west side of town near multiple shopping centers and restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

Great location. Beautiful house. Wonderful manager.

We were in town for a wedding. Our stay was a wonderful experience. The owner was very friendly and responsive. She even suggested some great restaurants in the area. The house is tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

Fabulous Property!

Tina was such a joy to work with! She responded very quickly to my questions prior to our stay & we were so surprised by all the extra supplies provided at her beautiful property!! The neighborhood is very nice & we walked to the park behind the house & enjoying the playground for hours with our grandkids. The backyard was pleasant all day long, and even used the wood for a fire in the fire pit. We’d definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Tina for being such an awesome host! Blessings, The Buckleys

Exceeded expectations

This house is everything you see in the photos and more. It was very well stocked, big comfy beds, and lovely showers. Loved the robes in the rooms. The neighborhood is nice as well. Although I didn’t need to contact her for anything, Tina let me know she was available if I need her and even gave me her cell just in case I needed a quick response. My friends and I loved the house. I’d definitely stay again in the future.

Best VRBO ever!

This house exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Every detail was considered. We have stayed at a lot of others VRBOs and AirB&Bs and this place is one of the best, you will not be disappointed and we are looking forward to our next visit!!

We highly recommend!

This was a great home for our entire family while we were visiting AZ. The kids (ages 9-18) very much enjoyed the hot tub, and putting green in the back, and the basketball court and park just behind us. There are lots of places to hike and shop nearby as well. The owners were very responsive and the house was immaculate! We will definitely stay again. The Johnson's
