This is a charming space in a quiet neighborhood, nicely stocked with the necessities, comfortable beds, and like it says, completely new with an inviting back yard and pool. We initially thought, hmm, the dining table is outside…and then realized it was the perfect setting and focal point for our stay :)

This property was over and beyond our expectations. Clean and we'll appointed. The kitchen had pretty much everything anyone might need. The pool was crystal clear and a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Grandsons loved the pool. The host, Tiffany was easy to communicate with and available if you had questions. We will definitely stay here again as our daughter and her husband have transferred to Luke AFB which is only a short drive. Looking forward to exploring this part of the US during their stay in Arizona

This property and the host are GEMS! 4 adults down for some spring training baseball and sunshine... this property did not disappoint. Clean, fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor oasis. Coming home in the afternoon, we spent most of our time in the pool and gorgeous patio area. Close to stores and a nice walking trail steps away. We give this one 5 stars.

Beautifully updated home! We very much enjoyed our stay while visiting Peoria for Spring Training to cheer on our Mariners. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool every night. The home was very clean and full of thoughtful details. Keurig coffee maker with stocked options was great. Lots of very nice touches added to our fun stay. We will return!

It was a perfect home for me and my family to stay at this Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the backyard pool, fire pit and table give ample space for us to host the dinner with my extended family. And I even got to beat my brother at Corn Hole! Everything was clean and organized and I'd love to stay here again when I return to Phoenix.

Absolutely one of the best homes we’ve stayed in! It’s not very big but it has loads personal touches. The owners went the extra mile with the remodel. It’s so cute, clean, and homey! It was well stocked with everything you might need away from home. Above and beyond! I have a pool of my own so I’m always aware of whether the water is balanced or not…. It was perfect and clean! If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay again! Bravo!

Tiffany’s home is gorgeous! It’s centrally located to everything one needs while away from home. The pool is gorgeous, the house is immaculate! Tiffany is so responsive and kind. The neighbors were lovely and I felt safe running in the area. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a great place to stay. Location was perfect for us getting back and forth between Texas Stadium and Mariners Stadium for baseball. House had everything you need and backyard and pool is great for hanging out. Place was clean, comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. Note there is no dining room table inside. It was too hot to sit outside at the table so used the coffee table in family room. We appreciated the tv’s in all of the bedrooms. Tiffany was great to work with and very responsive. Looking to come back in fall for baseball and will book this place again.

This is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. Anything and everything is only a 5-20 minute drive away.

The outdoor space of this home is where the magic is!! It has a large private pool with cool decking, a great covered patio area with a dining table that seats 8, and extra seating around the propane firepit. To make your stay more comfortable, we have provided pool floaties, noodles, and toys to enjoy while swimming in your private pool in the Arizona sunshine. For added security, an alarm is positioned on the slider door to let people know when it has been opened. Our home has been recently updated with new, white tile throughout, renovated bathrooms and kitchen, and all new furniture and furnishings. A designated coffee bar with complimentary coffee, tea, creamers, and sweeteners is also located in the home. There are extra linens, towels, bedding, and other essentials for our guests to use and enjoy. There are also two extra queen air mattresses for our guests to utilize.
