This is a charming space in a quiet neighborhood, nicely stocked with the necessities, comfortable beds, and like it says, completely new with an inviting back yard and pool. We initially thought, hmm, the dining table is outside…and then realized it was the perfect setting and focal point for our stay :)

Everything was clean, comfortable & host was amazing. Answered messages quickly & informed if pool person was going to be there. It was a “home away from home”. Lots of good memories made with our great granddaughter. Hope to be able to come back again.

Perfect house for our 2 week stay in the Phoenix area. The house was spotless and had everything you need. Spent most of our time in the back outdoor space and the pool. Would highly recommend this house. The host would respond to any questions very quickly. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

This property and the host are GEMS! 4 adults down for some spring training baseball and sunshine... this property did not disappoint. Clean, fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor oasis. Coming home in the afternoon, we spent most of our time in the pool and gorgeous patio area. Close to stores and a nice walking trail steps away. We give this one 5 stars.

Beautifully updated home! We very much enjoyed our stay while visiting Peoria for Spring Training to cheer on our Mariners. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool every night. The home was very clean and full of thoughtful details. Keurig coffee maker with stocked options was great. Lots of very nice touches added to our fun stay. We will return!

It was a perfect home for me and my family to stay at this Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the backyard pool, fire pit and table give ample space for us to host the dinner with my extended family. And I even got to beat my brother at Corn Hole! Everything was clean and organized and I'd love to stay here again when I return to Phoenix.

Absolutely one of the best homes we’ve stayed in! It’s not very big but it has loads personal touches. The owners went the extra mile with the remodel. It’s so cute, clean, and homey! It was well stocked with everything you might need away from home. Above and beyond! I have a pool of my own so I’m always aware of whether the water is balanced or not…. It was perfect and clean! If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay again! Bravo!
