Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo! This 2BR/1BA condominium is located in Clearwater, FL in a quiet, off-the-road community. Only 19 minutes from Tampa International Airport and a short 14 minute drive to our beautiful white sand beaches! If the sand is not your thing, take advantage of the year-round heated pool located directly across from the building! There is a lot to do nearby, making it easy to find something to suit everyone’s tastes!

This condo is centrally located to everything within the Clearwater/St. Pete/Tampa area; popular tourist attractions, beautiful white sand beaches, amazing restaurants, and just a short drive to Busch Gardens, Disney World, and Universal Studios!

It sits off of the road in the back of the neighborhood in a quiet, park-like setting. Directly outside of the entrance to the community is a huge selection of restaurants and shopping that will make it easy to find something for everyone and conveniently grab things that you may need during your stay!

It’s a 7-mile, direct route down the road (literally 14 minutes) to the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and waterfront tourist areas. You can enjoy dolphin cruises, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, shopping, people watching, and so much more! If the touristy areas are not what you are looking for, there are several miles of beach access points along coast where you can find one that best suits your needs! Go ahead, pack a book and towel, relaxation awaits you!

Nice Place

Place was just as we were told. Nice having 3 heated pools on site, as well as laundry. 8 miles to beaches, lots of restaurants near by. Would stay here again.

Convenient

The condo is in a central location that is convenient for driving to beaches, golfing, shopping, and restaurants. Traffic in the area is often heavy but manageable. The owner is extremely responsive and makes sure you have what you need. The pools are warm and large.

Quiet complex

Very nice quiet complex. Condo was perfect for a couple or a small family.. condo was exactly as the photos.Close to shopping and groceries. Pools were very nice. Only draw back is the stairs you have to climb, steep and not in the best repair. Would recommend

Clean and great Location

My family of three stayed the week of Feb 27. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen has all the cookware, utensils, dish soap, hand soap etc.. that you’ll need. We appreciated the extra items are provided like pool accessories and some non perishable condiments. Living space is comfortable and spacious. The bunk bed was a little shaky with my son sleeping up top but it didn’t bother him too much. Our family also enjoyed two of the three pools on the property. The host was very pleasant to deal with, accommodating and very responsive. The area felt safe and was close to many attractions such as Dunedin (Blue Jays Spring Training Stadium), Clearwater Beach and not to hard of a drive to Busch Gardens. Grocery, restaurants and pharmacies are close by as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great Location!!

I would highly recommend this property if traveling with kids. It was great to have the space to spread out. Everything as described, great location, and Michelle is awesome to work with 5+++ Stars! It’s also great knowing if you buy supplies, beach toys, etc. things can be left for future guests to use and enjoy! Thanks Michelle! ❀

Great place

Nice quiet place to stay. Close enough to stores so that if you forget something you can go grab it real quick. Over all very clean and nice place to be. The host was very easy to get ahold of and would actually contact me to make sure everything was okay.

We bought this condo because it’s a place that we wanted to use for our own family’s beach getaways! It’s close to everything, we feel safe in the community, and even though it’s minutes away from a large selection of dining and shopping, it’s back off of the road and feels as if you are in a park-like setting in the suburbs.
