Le Davis Ferme victorienne est 1892 la maison historique. Il est situé dans la belle Glen Ellyn, connue pour son centre-ville pittoresque et maisons d'époque. USA Today a choisi Glen Ellyn comme ville pittoresque de l'Illinois pour cette raison. La Maison Davis est situé sur un cul-de-sac très calme. En retrait de Davis terrasse, son jardin devant ajoute à la grandeur de cette belle maison. Étapes de Babcock Grove Park ainsi que le lac Ellyn Park.

La maison possède de nombreuses caractéristiques originales et dispose de toutes planchers de bois franc à l'étage principal. Dans la salle familiale, vous trouverez la cheminée et une grande télévision à écran plasma avec son surround. La maison est nichée au milieu de grands arbres et de beaux jardins ... vraiment un endroit merveilleux pour se sentir chez soi tout en visitant l'historique Glen Ellyn et les villes voisines ainsi que Chicago et tout ce qu'il a à offrir. Avec notre station de métro Metra à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, Chicago est accessible en 30 minutes à peine!

The home was beautiful and very fun to explore. We enjoyed shopping in Glen Ellyn and Lombard and the train was very close for our trip to the city. The welcome treats left by the host were a nice surprise and enjoyed by all in our group.

A truly memorable stay. I booked this home for a bridal party I was in and the home was perfect for all of us to connect together and relax in between wedding events. One of the best Vrbos I’ve stayed. Would love to come back

I loved my vacation here and this house was great cozy and communication from owner wonderful. I left some more board games for yall. Enjoy. My family enjoyed the trip we went and saw a band we saw 24 years ago when the kids were small and I loved bringing my kids to live music when they were young. To stay at your beati beautiful with my now adult children and to go see System Of A Down at Soldier field was epic! We’ll be back again fer shure!! The Harvey’s.

Perfect VRBO - We wanted to move it!

This is truly a gem of a property. The old home is fantastic and well-equipped. The kitchen is one of my dreams. There are many spaces so no one is tripping over each other. Beds are very comfortable and the master bath is something of my dreams. Home has lovely outdoor space and we enjoyed watching the birds bathe in the birdbath. Home is surrounded by bushes so is quite secluded while still being in a bustling suburb of Chicago. Already planning another visit with some friends!

A Tribute to the Victorian Era

We were attending a graduation in Chicago and decided that while not in town, this big, beautiful place would be a welcomed escape. Boy, were we right. The level of detail and warmth of the home surpassed our expectations. The gardens were enchanting and the location, although separated from the City, provided a converse to our city time that was great.

Great House!

The Davis House is wonderful—large, spacious—and just as described in the listing. It really is fully equipped with just about anything one would need. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is great and the laundry room on the second floor is terrific. William is a gracious owner and answered all our questions promptly. He was a pleasure to work with and it was a pleasure to stay here. We will definitely be back.
