Sun Kissed Palms: Newly remodeled, Private Pool, Close to Beach!

This post Ian newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the north end of the island! Sun Kissed Palms is located a short walk from all the popular restaurants - Margaritaville Resort, Lani Kai, Beach Bar and the Tiki Bar - as well as Time Square and just one block to the pristine white sands of Fort Myers Beach. The home is modernly decorated and features a great outdoor space for gathering in the backyard and taking in the Florida sunshine along with the private heated pool with a large splashpad for lounging! Guests can either barbeque at home or take a walk down Estero Blvd.

This upstairs unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for many different parties! We have a king bed in the first bedroom with a standing tub and shower bathroom just steps from the bedroom and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a washer and dryer unit. Additionally, there is also a convertible couch in the den area that converts to a queen size bed. High speed Wi-Fi internet is provided and each room features a tv.

Also provided are many items such as beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs, and iron/board. Sun Kissed Palms is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.
