Check-in was easy. The apartment was clean and had all of the necessities. I was under the impression designated parking was available, but it is street parking. Convenient to many restaurants and events downtown.

There were no amenities. The two rooms were very cold, there was one blanket- even though he asked how many staying. We called him and he said there was a heater- the air conditioner exhaust was taped into the window and the only heater we found was not functioning and would never have heated those rooms - it was an 8 inch box - and the cold weather was definitely coming in through the air conditioner. we told him we were not staying.

I’d say “worst stay”, but we didn’t end up staying

This property was $100 more than the hotels I was looking at and SO much worse, we ended up leaving and staying at a hotel anyway. 1. There were roaches…. EVERYWHERE. If I wanted to have so many roommates, I’d go to a hostel. 2. It said AC and it does… kind of. What’s not pictured is the big, loud stand alone AC units in the living room and RIGHT next to the bed. 3. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though it says no smoking. 4. The area isn’t good… at all. It made it sound like a great area for walking to things but that’s only if you want to be stressed the hell out. I’m not from a great city, I have a black belt, and usually carry, yet this area scared me.

Do NOT Stay Here... This is NOT a cozy condo!

In the middle of an arctic winter, there was no heat provided. The apartment was so bone-chilling cold that I left and went to a hotel where I incurred additional travel expenses to have a relaxing and pleasant holiday weekend. I would caution you in booking this place in the summer too because there is no central heat and air. It comes with a portable floor air conditioner that sucks the air from outside to convert it. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There was pubic hair on the shower wall, The shower curtain was filthy and mildewed. I would highly suggest changing out the shower curtain after each guest. The dollar tree sells shower curtains for a dollar which is a nominal cost so that guests can feel comfortable when showering after other guests. Also, the sofa is not sturdy. It tilts forward when you sit on the edge of it. Also, you have to pay for parking.
