Location Location

This property is about a two minute drive to Purgatory Ski Resort. This unit has a nice hot community hot tub 105F just a few feet from the door step. Be aware there is no longer on demand shuttle service to Purgatory. Wifi network was not available during our stay. Satelite was not in service for TV. Other than that this condo was perfect for a ski trip. The kitchen has extremely nice cookware and is stocked with coffee and all the spices along with many other non perishables.

Senior Adults

Didn't care for all the stairs. We are senior adults and would have to pass on the next stay at the "Play Pen." It was a well appointed condo and we enjoyed the fire place as the snow blew outside our patio door.

Great condo in a great location!

This condo checked off all the boxes for us! It was a minute from the mountain, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and was very clean. We will for sure be back!

Purgatory ski condo

Clean condo super close to Purgatory. 2 bedrooms each with Kings and nice linens. Family room and up stairs landing have pullout sofa sleepers. Remember your swim suit for the jacuzzi. Stayed four nights and were very comfortable. All rooms including bathrooms individually thermostat controlled for heat. Condo is located on second floor, no garage, no washer dryer. On our travel day Purgatory received almost 3' of snow. It was nice that Casey called us the day of check in because of the storm. When we arrived all driveways, parking, foot and common areas were plowed and shoveled! You would still want four wheel drive or chains to move around in the parking lot and drive entry for our weather. Wifi and Dish TV not working first day because of snow accumulation on the antennas. This wasn't a problem for us since we came to play in the snow. We prepared simple dinners in the evening and didn't feel we were lacking anything.
