This 1/1 unit is newly renovated with full kitchen, privately fenced patio and yard and private laundry. The unit has one sound proofed shared wall.

Walk to Arlington Park pool, basketball and tennis courts, workout facility and playground. Also walkable to SMH and Southside Village restaurants & shops. Minutes from Bayfront Park, Selby Botanical Gardens, Marina Jack, St Armand's/Lido Key and Siesta Key.

Great neighborhood to walk. Property has large trees and lots of birds. This area of Sarasota allows for weekly stays, per City ordinance. VR24-00263

It was perfect! Clean, the shower was nice, the mattress was comfortable, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, more than enough towels, and thank for providing chairs to take to the beach. Our favorite evening place was the tiki bar in the harbor, a five minute drive. Siesta Key and Lido are both about a 15 minute drive. Close to many restaurants and downtown Sarasota. We had a great stay!

We picked this stay due to its location to our friends who live Siesta Key. It was a 15 min drive to Siesta Key beach and our friend’s home. It was the first time we spent anytime in Sarasota and we enjoyed exploring the downtown area. The quiet neighborhood was nice especially at night for sleeping. James was quick to respond to any questions I had.

A nice retreat

This is a cute little one bedroom with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a wonderful little private backyard. Close to beaches and everything else Sarasota has to offer. We picked up my mom, from her retirement community, and had her over for dinner one night. She thought it was lovely too. Very much recommended!

We give our guests space, but are always available. Exchanging travel stories and getting to know one another is a pleasure; however, we respect that some folks just want to keep to themselves and that is okay too!

I'm from Rhode Island originally, went to college at Eckerd in St Pete and have lived in Sarasota for more than 10 years. My wife is a native. We are both involved in our community and my wife works with at risk youth. We are well traveled and enjoy sharing the best of Sarasota with others!
