Only fifteen minutes to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, several local breweries including Sierra Nevada, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking with easy and quick access to I-40, I-240, and I-26 and the Blue Ridge Parkway which allows you to quickly get anywhere you want to go. Check out nearby towns like Hendersonville, Brevard and Black Mountain easily. This home is just minutes away from first class golfing, art museums, various hiking and biking trails, white water rafting and in the winter months go snow skiing and snowboarding at either Cataloochee Ski Resort in Maggie Valley, NC or Wolf Ridge Ski Resort in Mars Hill, NC.

This fee is for additional usage expenses as well as extra maid fees. For example, 11 guests equal ONE extra guest at $20/night additional fee.
*DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals other than dogs due to allergies. A dog fee will apply plus all applicable taxes. $30 per dog plus taxes, per night. Maximum of TWO dogs ( 50 lbs and under) with prior approval. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES while walking or in the front yard/driveway. They are welcome to enjoy the fenced-in yard.
