Kitty and I started off in Naples like many snowbirds. We bought the condo in The Moorings, and spent the winter months in beautiful Naples. After a few years we purchased a house and moved to Naples full time. We kept the condo, and now offer it for seasonal rentals.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
The Moorings is a quiet residential neighborhood with tree lined streets and sidewalks. It is situated a couple of blocks west of US-41, locally referred to as Tamiami Trail, which was once the main road between Tampa and Miami and traversed through a small fishing village named Naples. Naples and the surrounding area has grown, but it still maintains a small town feel.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
It is a spacious first floor unit with easy walk out the the pool. The building sits along side of Lake Suzanne, the only natural lake in the city of Naples. The unit is limited to four full time occupants, but has a spare bedroom for the occasional overnight guest. It is close to the beaches and close to the downtown shopping and dining district.
