Cette maison est située à New Port Richey à seulement 15 miles au nord de Clearwater dans une belle communauté riveraine. Profitez d'un accès immédiat à la GOLFE.

Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, des vacances reposantes, vous venez de le trouver!

Allons pêcher ou simplement profiter de la piscine privée.

Accueil Waterfront comprend une piscine chauffée, bateau ponton, Kayaks et cannes à pêche.

Les plages le long de la Côte du Soleil de la Floride sont quelques-unes des plus belles plages du monde. Le chapelet de plages de Key Anclote dans le nord de Fort De Soto dans le sud, couvre plus de 36 miles qui comprennent Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park, Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach.

Cette maison de 1700 pieds carrés est meublée avec goût avec des mises à jour annuelles. La chambre principale a un lit king-size, grand placard, TV 32 "avec lecteur DVD. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un lit double avec TV et lecteur DVD. Le Florida Room surplombe l'eau, comprend des meubles en cuir. Consultez la table de billard dans la salle de jeux. Internet sans fil, vélos, cannes à pêche, kayaks tout compris.

2016, Nouveaux meubles en cuir et tables de café et de bout, Tous les nouveaux lits et draps, barbecue à gaz. Nous essayons de notre mieux pour garder notre maison moderne et propre. Ceci est notre deuxième maison.

Respectez les voisins et limitez le bruit au minimum entre 21 h et 8 h. Malheureusement, la plupart d'entre eux ne sont pas en vacances et nous préviendront s'ils ne dorment pas bien.

The Pool! I could have hung out there all week! But there is soo much more; retro vibe throughout, with the Terrazzo floor to the pink tile and tub and the new version of Plantation shutters, all spotlessly clean and fresh. Super comfy beds for us picky oldsters. Plenty of bed and bath linens and beach towels. Complete kitchen stock and even a spare refrigerator in the garage. And something you rarely get in any rental home, a Boat! And not a barely running clunker, it's deluxe, in new condition and perfectly suited to the area since there is the amazing "Sand Bar" for sunning, fishing, snorkeling and perfect "down time". Since the canals there were cut deep, no worries about tide timing so long as you stay between markers until well beyond. New Port Richey has a great downtown area with restaurants and bars everywhere. Out of 5 stars, this is a 10!

This property is exactly as advertised. Home had everything needed for a weeks long stay. Pool was perfect. The boat made our trip! We used it nearly everyday. We took it to Anclote and saw dolphins and rays. Eric, the property manager, was very easily accessible and attentive. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Vacay Spot!!

This house has everything you need and more! It was easy to book through Patrick and the host Eric was readily available for questions. Having a boat was amazing as we went to Anclote Island, the sandbar, and caught too many fish to count!! We visited the Sponge docks and ate way too much Greek food!! The sunrise and sunsets on the boat were beautiful, the neighborhood was close to everything and the neighbors were so nice. My favorite thing was making family memories in a perfect setting! Thank you Patrick and Eric, we will be back

Relaxing Vacation

Excellent Family Vacation

The house was clean and very well-stocked. It was much more spacious than we expected, and as a family of 4 we could spread out and relax. The pool was so nice and we spent a lot of time fishing off the dock and enjoying the water view. We took the boat out a few times, but we felt like it was mostly bonus since we ventured to Clearwater and Tampa a few times for beach and shopping for a great week.

Great!

We spent a month in Patrick’s home and our time there was wonderful. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was exactly as described & very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor area with heated pool, dining set & grill. The pontoon boat was great and a fun way to explore the island & sandbar. Patrick was very responsive & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We just returned from a 1 week stay and enjoyed our time away. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved going out on the boat and fishing from the dock. The house was spotless. I’m already looking at dates for a return trip.

Can't wait to return

Wonderful property! We chose it because the rental included use of the boat, but the house was everything that we needed. 2 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Wonderful outdoor area, nice pool, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. We brought our own, but, the owner provided coolers, a beach umbrella, fishing equipment etc. Nice neighbors as well. We had a great time!

Great Fun! Private pool is always a plus. Boat is nice. Patio is great for morning coffee, or afternoons grilling out. My kids became semi-pro billards players while we were there. You never realize how fast a week goes by, when your having fun. Hopefully next year we can spend two weeks here.

I was visiting a friend and just fell in love with the area. It's one of the most peaceful places to visit along with great fishing, the sandbar and great neighbors. My family and friends also love the opportunity to vacation at Anchor's Away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Private pool and free use of Pontoon boat. Easy access to the Gulf to spend a day fishing on anchor to the sandbar. You also have access to a private beach about 1 mile from my home. Your only a short drive to Tarpon's Spring and about 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach.
