Welcome to this listing of our newly remodeled home. We completed whole remodel in 2021. 

When you walk into this house, you are immediately greeted with gorgeous new furniture, cabinetry, flooring, and lovely dinnerware already set atop the beautiful dining table! 

There is a large flatscreen television for your viewing pleasure. The living room is quite spacious with a very comfortable sectional couch to relax on.

It's a 2300 sq ft house that comfortably sleeps 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are fresh towels and extra blankets for chillier evenings. The beds are really comfortable and bedding is fresh and pristine. 

This fun rental has a spacious crystal clear beautiful heated pool. It has an attractive architecturally designed enclosure.
There are nice chaise lounges to relax on along with table and chairs to have lunch and some snacks together.
You can also barbecue right by the pool. There is a well kept gas grill.
There is an attached hot tub. The temperature however is the same temperature as the pool and can't be adjusted.

While staying here you are 8 minutes drive to the breathtaking Manasota Key Beaches! 
There is also Stump Pass Beach State Park which is known as one of the best fishing spots around here. 
There is a hiking trail that goes through five natural habitats where you can spot gopher, tortoises, snowy egret's etc. 

Everything you need is only 2 to 5 minutes drive from the house. There are fine restaurants just minutes away.

This property is an outstanding location. You will not be disappointed!

Ps.
The hot tub it’s currently running at the same temperature as a pool. Temperature at the hot tub can not be adjusted

The house served us well and was as described. No problems. Owner responded in a timely manner with any questions we had. Loved the location, 10 minutes from beach, golf courses, and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with light traffic. Would stay there again.

Very Quiet Neighborhood!

We booked late due to hurricane damage to our property we usually rent. This house is very spacious and had a great layout. So nice to have outside fenced area for our little dog/ she loved it! Host was very accommodating and helpful!

Anniversary trip

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. We love the floor plan of the house. The lanai was great for sunny in the afternoon. The little fenced in area for the dogs was perfect. It was very secure.Everything was fully stocked with everything we needed. Centrally located to several beaches. We would definitely rent this house again!

Super comfortable living room couch and spacious dining room connected to the kitchen/bar set up. Relaxing lanai, and pool areas. Host was super helpful, going above and beyond to mail us our forgotten shoes. Thank you again!

Family Vacation

Great house with lots of room for our family vacation. The only thing I wish we had known about was it said the hot tub was the same temp as the pool which was very warm and wonderful, but it didn’t say that the hot tub jets weren’t working and that would have been nice.

The house was very nice and meet our needs. The first night we were not able to get in the house and we could not contact the owner so we had to stay in a hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful, spacious home. It was immaculate! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped, with lots of storage containers, nice pots and pans.We brought our fur baby, and there was a fenced in area for our him! The pool area was so relaxing! The hot tub wasn’t connected, but we knew that. Too hot in Florida in the summer for one anyway! We had a concern about the couch, and our host Andy took care of it immediately! My granddaughter left two pair of shoes, and he contacted me immediately and is mailing them to us!Other perks are the proximity to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping! And last, but not least, it’s in a quiet neighborhood with only local traffic.Highly recommend!Becky

Great Location

The house was in a great location very close to family we were visiting and in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was great. I wish there had been more info on the room with two twin beds as it was in the master bedroom which did not work great for us. The pool deck could have been cleaner but they had just been through a hurricane so we understood why there was some extra things laying around. The host was great and very responsive. Would stay again!

Great experience!! Highly recommended!!

This home was perfect for our group! We had 5 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone! The home is beautiful and located in a nice neighborhood. We stayed for 8 days and made a trip to Walmart for groceries and necessities. The home did not have a lot of basic needs (paper plates, napkins, toilet paper, Saran Wrap, ziploc bags) so we bought all of that. There was one cupboard filled with every spice you can imagine - so that was nice. There are 8 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and beach toys. The beach is a ten minute trip down the road. There is a washer and dryer. (We had to buy a bag of tide pods as there was no detergent or dryer sheets.) There is NO ice maker or ice cube trays - so we had to purchase bagged ice to keep in the freezer. There are NO Tupperware type containers for leftovers if you choose to cook at home. The pool is clean. The hot tub does not work, but we already knew that. There are pool noodles, boogie boards, and diving rings to use. The patio area is very nice and has beautiful string lights for nighttime ambience. The patio has a table and chairs, and four chaise lounge chairs. The furniture is super uncomfortable. There is also a gas grill but there was NO grill brush for cleaning it. There is a large blue tooth speaker / radio to use near the pool! The bedrooms are spacious and everyone was able to have their own bed. Overall, this house was great! We will definitely come back! We highly recommend this house!

Hello Kristin, thank you for the 5 star review. All the feedback is very important to us to make our guests stay as good as possible. All the paper plates, napinks, toilet paper etc. we give as a start, and when our guests run out they would buy more if needed. After we read your review we realized that we in fact did forget to add Tupperware, so we bought brand new containers. We didn't know earlier about the uncomfortable lawn chairs as no ones said anything about them before, we also just ordered brand new cushions for the chairs. Thank you again and we expect to see you soon!!

This house is awesome! The host, Andy, was the easiest host I have worked with. Responses are given within minutes. This house is located close to the beaches. It was about 20-25 minutes to get to manasota beach. It’s perfect for a nice getaway that’s not in a crazy tourist town. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. Super quiet at night. We came in February and asked for the pool to be heated for a reasonable fee and it was perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The house was fully stocked as if you were walking into your own home. This was the most well stocked house we have ever rented. Even beach gear was in the garage. It’s really a home away from home! I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful house and perfect location.

Wonderful home! Very clean, and well taken care of. Pool was so perfect and we used it a lot. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep, 2 adults and 4 kids. Location was the best. Very quiet neighborhood and yet close to ocean. Definitely will stay here again!

"A Homerun"

The ideal rental for hosting Spring Break with grandkids and their parents! Great neighborhood and close to SO MANY things. We took advantage of as much as we could in a week. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Pool was the highlight for everyone! Ideal rental for anyone wanting to enjoy a stress-free stay with family and/or friends. Highly recommended!

Fabulous house and pool - VERY clean and easy to feel at home!

The house is very cute with a great floor plan ( guest suites on other side of house from the master bedroom). The house feels NEW and clean ! and the owner is very available when needed and always helpful . Nice neighborhood - very quite and safe. 12 minutes from great beaches and restaurants and cute shopping !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was a wonderful reprieve from the Minnesota winter! Our group traveled from 3 different cities. With plenty of space inside and by the pool, all of us were quite comfortable. The large tv was nice for watching the super bowl. Andrzej was prompt to reply to any question or concern. The neighborhood was quiet and about 15 minutes drive to beach. There wasn’t much else to do nearby, but that was ok with us! Besides two afternoons at the beach, our time was spent at the house/pool catching up on family time. I’m sure my group would agree it was all a positive experience. My only 2 suggestions would be a couple of spare blankets (it did get down to 40* one night), and a better working can opener. Beautiful Home in Englewood

We stayed in this home for 2 weeks while visiting Englewood. The house was everything we expected and more. The home easily accomodates a bigger group and the beds are very comfortable. The house is very updated and the television and wifi services are very good. Our son and his fiance are both software devlopers who work from home and they were able to work quite easily while in Florida. They were even able to work from the backyard pool area which they greatly enjoyed. The pool area is absolutely fabulous with adequate, comfortable seating and a new gas grill. The pool was heated to a very warm, comfortable temperature and we were able to enjoy it even on the cool days during our stay. We will definitely choose this home to stay in again when we return to Englewood.

Great quiet house with a pool near beaches

Check in was easy and all done through VRBO app. The owner was available by messaging through the app for any questions. Sometimes took a few hours for a reply, but understandable. The WiFi password was the only instructions, no welcome booklet. Not a big deal since we were familiar with the area. Just assumed the usual rental house rules applied. Some policies were on the app, like pets & no smoking. The house was clean and ready. Plenty of bath & pool towels. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a family. Essential pool toys and some board games were available. Huge dining table and plenty of comfy seating on the patio and in the house. A few essential pantry items were stocked (salt/pepper, coffee, sugar, tea). Large closets and plenty of drawer space for clothes. Hand soap at all of the sinks. Odd that there were no wash cloths for the kitchen or bathrooms. We loved the pool, a bit cumbersome to choose between heating the pool and the hot tub. A drying rack on the patio for the pool towels would have been handy. Great having a washer & dryer, went home with all clean clothes! Nice quiet neighborhood within about 10 minutes from Englewood beach. Myakka state park within about 40 minutes. An hour drive from fort Myers airport. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids and entertaining grandparents and aunts.

Excellent vacation rental

Brand new appearance and super clean. Appliances and TVs brand new. Pool area is great and the heated pool and hot tub was wonderful for the colder FL days in December and January!
