Your dream getaway starts here at 184 East Royal Fern Way. Located in the Crossing District, the professionlly decorated WaterColor home offers beautiful accommodations for 12 guests and features four gorgeous bedrooms plus bunk room, four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, as well as a spacious outdoor oasis with private pool and spa. White shiplap walls and large transom windows throughout the main level amplify the natural light for a bright and airy feel. The open-concept floorplan centrally connects the living space, dining area, and kitchen showcasing bright white countertops, a large gas range, stainless-steel appliances, and a wine refrigerator. For dining, guests can utilize four seats at the kitchen island or find ample seating at the nearby dining table. This level also hosts a beautiful primary suite, offering an upholstered king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass-front shower.

Guests can choose from three stunning bedrooms on the second floor. The second floor has a dreamy primary suite, which features a luxurious upholstered king bed with a private bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and one king bed, both with private bathrooms. All bedrooms come with TV's, a perfect way to wind down after a sun filled fun day! An additional bunk room featuring 4 twin beds is also located on the second floor.

Enjoy sunbathing by the pool by day and stargazing at night while you soak in the spa. Guests in this home can enjoy a breezy ride on the home's six cruiser bikes or the 6-seater golf cart. Home was beautiful and amazing! Kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of space for 2 families with kids. Love the Watercolor area!!

Our June Trip
The house was great, the pool came in handy with our little ones. Thank you for letting us rent your home. One thing to mention. We are no longer treated like home owners by the staff at Watercolor. We got second class status as renters while there. Don't go into Watercolor thinking that you are a home owner when you rent. This used to be the case, it just recently changed.

BEAUTIFUL home away from home
My husband and I + our 2 children and their spouses + our 6 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 184 East Royal Fern Way! The adults and our teenage granddaughter each had their own bed/bath and our 4 grandsons loved the bunk beds, each with their own TV! The main floor was spacious with plenty of seating in the family room and at the dining room table. I loved cooking in the kitchen and on the grill outside and the washer/dryer came in very handy!! The highlights for our grandkids were the pool in the backyard and the golf cart! The home is in a great location with easy access to the Publix grocery store and all the shops in that strip mall area; the various pools in the Watercolor edition; and the 30A highway with all the restaurants and shops. Having access to Watercolor Inn, Camp Watercolor and the neighborhood pool with our wristbands was another huge bonus and added a variety of options for things to do!! We always had great communication with the staff at Sanders Beach Rentals! They kept us informed with necessary information and answered all our questions quickly! This was our first visit to the 30A highway area and we loved every minute! Hoping to make this a family tradition!!

Moms trip
Great house, great location. Should have shared more of the amenities that are offered. Have a back up plan for a late departure or options for your luggage. Management was great and always helped! Beds are very comfortable! Decor was delightful. The fridge has got to go!!!! No one has 3 mins to wait for the door to open!
