Outdoor includes fire pit with seating, outdoor bar, propane/charcoal grill and picnic tables. 5min (0.3 mi) walking distance from Indiana Beach Amusement Park. 2min walking distance from Lake Shafer Marina & Boat Rentals.

The morning sunrise is my favorite part of this stay! We appreciate the fence to keep the kiddos safe, the clean grill, and the windows. Thanks for taking the time with the many details that made our stay wonderful. The coffee maker, well equipped kitchen, and clean white sheets are so appreciated! Location was exceptional - 5 min walk to the theme park. Backyard is absolutely beautiful- the view is excellent but the functionality takes the cake, coffee on the porch, drinks by the fire pit, grill area is superb!! This property was amazing! The adults loved the bar outside and the kids loved the swing, the lake, and playing in the awesome yard! 5 minute walk to Indiana Beach Amusement Park and 2 minute walk to mini golf. Cant wait to stay here again next year. Property was super clean and perfect for our family.

Nice weekend!

This was our second time staying here. The house is very clean, has plenty of space and a great kitchen for making meals. The outdoor area is great! The only part we didn’t love was the pier since our family loves the water. All around great stay and we would stay here a third time!
