Tranquillité en bord de mer avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Banderas et Puerto Vallarta

Le condo est situé sur ce qui est connu comme la Rive-Sud. Ce quartier est tranquille et a l'impression d'être isolé, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et de tout ce qu'il a à offrir, à environ 10 minutes en voiture. Principalement résidentiel, les vues panoramiques sur la baie, la toile de fond de la jungle luxuriante et la tranquillité sont ce dont il s'agit.
La propriété est située directement sur la plage, à Playas Gemelas, nichée dans les montagnes de la Sierra Madre avec une belle végétation de forêt tropicale verte. Il est construit dans l'ancien style typique de Puerto Vallarta, ne vous laissant jamais oublier que vous êtes dans notre belle Gold Coast mexicaine.

- Bar et restaurant en bord de piscine / en bord de mer. Il se trouve sur une zone rocheuse et est tout simplement merveilleux pour regarder des couchers de soleil colorés, écouter les vagues frapper la plage, regarder les pélicans pêcher juste devant vous et les baleines qui passent pendant la saison.

Le condo a été entièrement rénové par le cabinet d'architecture Duarq. Décoré dans un style éclectique-mexicain-contemporain mais confortable, le condo a deux étages et est intelligemment distribué. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a une salle de bain complète, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon et salle à manger avec balcon. Le deuxième étage a deux suites parentales, chacune avec une salle de bain complète. Une avec un lit king size et un balcon, l'autre avec deux lits doubles.

Beautiful, wonderful stay! Such attentive and quick responses. Loved the little cooler and umbrella for use at the beach. The private beach access was so amazing. Beds were comfortable, AC was perfect. Restaurant on site was great for breakfast. We loved it here and would star again any time.

Super wonderful stay at our favorite beach in Puerto Vallarta

We had a great stay. Our host was great and very responsive. This is our second time at this beach. We just love it. The local beach restaurant is also wonderful with excellent staff.

Perfect ocean side vacation

My wife and I just concluded a weeks stay at Girasol Sur and really enjoyed our stay! Nice accommodations with an amazing view! Would love to come back someday for a longer stay. Only slight negative is the loud music from the neighboring hotel. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Lovely property. Right overlooking ocean. We were able to see the whales swim past! Beach is literally outside the door, condos were clean, pool was great. It was a quick trip into town for dinner, entertainment, etc. Would totally recommend this property!

Perfect stay!

This is our second time staying here, and we can’t wait to come back. The apartment is beautiful, the property is impeccably maintained, and the condo staff are very friendly. Stayed with my husband and 5 and 7 year old. Perfect location! The views were incredible! The condo had everything we needed and the front desk staff were very helpful. It was nice having the on-site restaurant and little mini mart. The owner was also very attentive checking in to see if there was anything we needed.

Girasol Sur was an ideal location, and everyone who works there is extraordinarily nice. The condominium in particular was beautifully appointed. The beds are amazing! The view spectacular. And the hosts were so helpful. They left detailed information for us and even helped us find a good spear fishing guide! The stay couldn’t have been better.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo itself was very comfortable. Two full size balconys over looking the pool/ ocean. Great to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas were very nice. The building itself is old, the elevators were down, used the service elevator during our stay. Highly recommend the Condo itself, the beach, pool area and staff.

Beautiful Condo, Fantastic Location!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and Mexico and we could not have picked a better location. The 6th floor condo is beautifully maintained with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas and Los Arcos. The two beaches on either side have clear warm water, and the restaurant in the building has such amazing food! Our family had a fun filled and memorable vacation. The host Mary was incredibly responsive to all our questions made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Puerto Vallarta, best stay so far

We stayed in a beautiful part of Puerto Vallarta- older area but quiet, relaxing and staff are so pleasant and helpful. The 2 bedroom condo had upstairs and downstairs with plenty of space- best place here in these condos so far!! We have stayed here 7-8 x’s. Bus is a cheap ride $1.50 for both of us and a taxi is $10 to go into town. Check out Youtube for things and places to go eat in town; you won’t be disappointed.

The Perfect Getaway

This home is absolutely stunning! It looks just like the pictures and had AMAZING views from the balcony! The entire trip my boyfriend and had the sliding lass door open in the master suite. The sounds of the ocean were so relaxing and really helped us sleep peacefully. The hosts were so kind and helped put together a list of activities for us to do once we arrived. I found my new favorite getaway!

Solo Trip

This was about my tenth trip to Mexico but the first going by myself. Don’t forget your earphones - the hotel next door had to be the noisiest of all times! Otherwise the property was very chill and well maintained.

Hi, we are Mary and Nick! We are raising our young family near Lake Chapala, close to Guadalajara. The kids keep us pretty busy these days and at times it certainly is stressful, but in spite of that we strive for tranquility and enjoy good food, good company, and the outdoors. We look forward when they are older (and before we are too old) to returning to the Andes and the Galapagos, hiking the Rockies, and, if we are lucky, island-hopping through Polynesia.
