This home is undoubtedly uniquely furnished with FOUR bedrooms and THREE FULL bathrooms---PLUS we have a new poolside guest bungalow which will bring the bedroom count up to FIVE BEDROOMS! The home has multiple sitting areas, which really makes this ideal for large families. There are not one but TWO cozy poolside cabanas---both with their own Smart Roku TVs! One of the cabanas has its own beverage refrigerator and seating for outdoor dining. There is a propane grill, a large fire pit area AND an oversized chess board as well. This home has EIGHT Smart TVs with wireless internet so log right into your apps and watch your favorite shows or stream music! Wait until you walk into this beautiful home---you'll be blown away with its cheerful colors and different themes in each bedrooms.

🔹 LOCATION OF HOME:
Enjoy the best of both worlds on your vacation—-sunny, sandy beaches and a saltwater pool! You have many beach options to choose from but Madeira Beach is the closest at just 6-7 minutes from the home. This home is minutes from shopping and restaurants and Downtown St Pete is approx. 22-26 min drive.


🔹HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS HOME:
Beautiful home and lush, tropical backyard. The outside pool area is the cherry on the top! But we cannot overlook the fun decor and the emphasis on cleanliness at this home! We use top-notch cleaners and stand behind the quality of our homes with great confidence!


🔹 POOLSIDE GUEST BUNGALOW
The poolside guest bungalow has a full size bed, a smart tv, a wall heater and a window air unit. The guest bungalow does not have its own bathroom--guests that stay overnight in the bungalow will be steps away from the full pool bathroom. The guest bungalow is a tropical vacation experience-- a "glamping" experience! It may NOT be appropriate for guests of all ages. Please consider this if you have a large guest count and you need to utilize the guest bungalow. I LOVE IT.........but will Grandma love it? Probably not.

▫️Please take note: The bungalow IS INCLUDED in the bedroom count. Which means this home has 4 interior bedrooms and the bungalow is counted as the fifth "bedroom". It's a great spot to enjoy--but again, maybe not for everyone!

🔹 OPTION TO HEAT POOL: Available Oct-April only! An optional heated pool can be applied for $25/night.


🔹 PETS:
Pets must be approved in advance of booking. Pet fee is $150 and that covers up to two pets. Cats are strictly prohibited. Emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee, per VRBO policy.


🔹 BABIES:
Upon request, we use a local pack-n-play rental service. Their cost for rental/delivery is $35 per week. If you need additional baby rental items, Baby Quip offers 10% off for our guests.
