The perfect beach getaway awaits at the beautifully renovated 48 Hilton Head Beach Club. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom villa is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and features access to a complex pool.

The open floor plan includes a spacious living area with sofa sleeper and patio doors to your private courtyard featuring outdoor dining and lounging areas. How lovely to relax outside and enjoy the soothing sounds of ocean breezes rustling through the lush palm trees. The indoor living area looks into the dining area and spacious, fully-equipped kitchen featuring breakfast bar, a Keurig coffee maker, granite counters and new cabinetry. This is the perfect space for preparing morning coffee, snacks for the beach, or a delicious meal for the family. Off the kitchen is a well-equipped laundry area.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfy bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, views of the courtyard and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom, perfect for kids, has a queen bed and two sets of built-in twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms share access to a remodeled Jack and Jill bathroom with a double sink and a large tiled walk-in shower.

Hilton Head Beach Club is a private community located just a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. The community features a private pool and sundeck, as well as assigned parking. ***ONLY one parking spot is guaranteed per unit***

Whether you are here to relax or to explore and enjoy several adventures, there is everything you need very nearby. Legendary Golf and Coligny Plaza are just .3 of a mile, South Forest Beach is less than .1 mile, Coligny Beach is .2 of a mile, Coligny Theater is .4 of a mile, The Sandbox at the new Lowcountry Celebration Park is less than a mile, and within 1 to 2 miles you will find Newhall Audubon Nature Preserve, Shipyard Golf Course, The Village at Wexford, Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. These are just some of the amenities Hilton Head Island has to offer, in addition to the 12 miles of pristine beaches, of course.

Great location

We really enjoyed the property and the location was great to the beach! We rented bikes and rode down to the Coligny area which was so cute! This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and the rental was fantastic thanks for having us!

Perfect house great location

The house was perfect for us. Great yard for a quiet morning coffee. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the shower powerful and the whole place was spotless.

Wonderful stay

This unit is a gem! It’s very spacious and located in an area that is easy for walking or biking to many restaurants and shops. The pool is just a few steps from the back patio and was glorious. We’ve stayed in many Vrbo’s before but this one was, by far, the most well stocked and spacious. Lots of closets, extra pillows, blankets and other items to add to the enjoyment of your stay. We did reach out to the property owners a few times with questions and they were always good to respond asap. I would highly recommend this property if staying on Hilton Head. We can’t wait to go back!

First Trip to Hilton Head, an A+

Property was very clean and well taken care of. Great location with easy walk to the beach even with our kids. We loved the shops and restaurants that were just a couple of mins down the road in Coligny! Pool was nice when people had enough beach time for the day. Would stay here again!

Everything was just as stated in the listing. It was so wonderful to have all beach items, including beach towels, available! This was the least I have ever packed for my families beach vacation! My teens enjoyed the short walk to the beach and shops at Coligney.. i enjoyed the cleanliness and spacious living area. Awesome trip!

Nice space, close to beach

We were looking for something close to the beach that had a pool and separate bedrooms. This place for the bill. The walk to the beach is 5-10min and is to a part of the beach less busy than Coligny. Perfect for our crew. The pool was also a hit! Would definitely recommend this space!

We recently stayed here in HHI. Zero complaints about our time. Condo is 2 floors so you feel like you have a lot of room. 2 block walk to beach and very close to coligny. I would surely stay again.

Very Charming Place & Stocked Well

Very charming place. It was comfortable and extras were provided throughout the condo. There was hand soap and Febreze in every bathroom, there was a Kurig and regular coffee pot, plenty of spices and materials to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable and the rental company was excellent in communicating. 5 stars for them, the best I have ever worked with!

Property is fantastic. Location is great. My kids loved the custom made bunk beds. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the appliances and tv’s were nice. It was easy to tell the property had a personal touch. As a carpenter by trade I see these things. Will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing this place with us.

Nice Condo, Good Location

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay and first time on Hilton Head Island. The condo is a short walk to a public access point on the beach (< 10 min), and is pretty centrally located on the island. We appreciated have a beach cart and some beach toys for the kids. The bunk beds were also a hit with our kids. The condo was clean and had most of what we needed to make our trip enjoyable. Having the pool a few steps away was also great. TVs could use an upgrade to a smart TV, but other than that it was great and I'd recommend it for families. Can't wait to come back to the island!

Great location!

This condo was in a great location! When they say a 5min walk to the beach, they mean it! Also very close to Coligny plaza for shopping & restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. There are no upstairs neighbors with these units, which is amazing! We barely heard the neighbors next door. The pool was really nice as well. Beds were comfortable. Lots of linens & towels available. Communication with the host was super easy! They were very quick to respond, and very clear. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo with Cute Courtyard

Nice condo with two stories, making it feel spacious for the four of us. This was the best stocked place we have ever rented and the welcome bag and flowers was such a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and toys are if you need them. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, which was peaceful and has comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable as well. The walk to the beach was hot, but doable. There was a small cart, but it has been left outside and isn’t in the best shape. One day, a free trolly offered us a ride. That was a welcome surprise! We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

Clean and well Maintained

This property was very clean with nice, quality furnishings. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare food, store left overs, etc. I've learned with other rentals, to always pack kitchen soap, hand soap for the bathrooms, trash bags etc - I overpacked this time, because it had almost everything we needed. Aluminum foil, dish soap, bathroom hand soaps, trash bags, spare roll of paper towels, detergent for multiple load of dishes and laundry etc. (not cheap brands either) They had 6 great quality beach towels, several beach chairs, lots of beach toys and even two beach buggies. We are a family of 5 with kids 4-19 and had family and friends join us at different times through the week - there was never anything we needed that the rental didn't have. The walk to the beach is 8-10 minutes which can be long with small kids but not a drawback. If there was any con at all, it would be the front/back patio areas were just a little overgrown. The pool was practically right outside the back gate of the unit which was nice for the kids. We would definitely rent here again and were impressed with the condition overall.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Host2Coast saved our 3 month stay at 48 Hilton Head Beach Club from a complete disaster because of the water shut-off for a full week by opening another unit to use for showers, cooking,and laundry and communicating with the owner for reimbursement. As we requested, the unit was completely cleaned and sanitized after water was restored.Even though we viewed the unit on-line before booking, we were disappointed with the furnishings for a 3-month stay. The dining table is like a picnic table with benches, not chairs, and dried food is in-between the slats. Pans and skillets were too scratched to be safe but were replaced after contact with H2C. Guest bedroom slept 8 - queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds - but there is only one full bath with 2 towel bars, and only wood crates for clothes. The clothes washer has a mold problem. This unit is OK for a family for a week stay but needs some serious updates.

Phyllis, We are sorry that your stay at our home away from home was less than you expected. It was, of course, unfortunate that the water outage in the complex affected the unit longer than some of the others. We are glad you felt we did everything possible to make you comfortable. We are also happy you accepted the reimbursement for your expenses. The custom double bunk beds make it impossible to put a dresser in the second room. So, I hope you were able to access the many shelves in the closets in the bedroom and the hallway. These are in addition to the wooden crates you mentioned. It is unfortunate that the table pictured with the benches did not meet your needs, as we do provide some chairs as well. We will alert our fantastic cleaning team to check the crevices in the table and the washing machine. As you can imagine, our property description and pictures are to make our tenants aware of our amenities and excellent location. It is important to us that people have a good experience.

Great Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great stay! The kitchen is a nice size and very well stocked! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The back patio was a great bonus and the ability to walk to the beach, to shopping, to coffee and dinner were greatly enjoyed!

Wonderful property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is immaculate and has everything you need for your stay! The kitchen is stocked with everything needed. The beds are comfortable and the shower is hot. There is plenty of storage to accommodate your things. The pool is close to the back patio, but not too close that you hear noise. The beach is a short walk from the unit, as is many restaurants, shopping and play grounds. We hope to go back next year with our family - they have beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a beach cart to carry it all in! We were very impressed with this unit.

Great accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Host to Coast staff was easy to work with and provided a nice welcome package with great information. The unit was a very nice unit with great updates. The location was perfect for us - the beach was a short walk with small children and everything else was a bike ride away.
