Cette ferme confortable de style champêtre peut accueillir dix personnes au maximum et se trouve à quelques minutes des plages de l'océan ou de la baie, des magasins et des restaurants.

La maison se trouve sur plus d'un acre de terrain adjacent à la réserve de Long Pond de 1 000 acres. À l'arrière, une terrasse en bois, une piscine creusée, une douche extérieure et un pool house. Il y a 8 chaises longues, 3 parasols et une grande table en teck pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Le premier étage comprend une cuisine, un coin repas, un salon avec plafond cathédrale, une salle d'eau et une grande chambre des maîtres avec baignoire. A l'étage, quatre chambres et salle de bains supplémentaires. La maison est située entre les villages de Sag Harbor et Bridgehampton.

The house is lovely and the pool was great. It comfortably fit everyone. I struggle with hosts who linger on the property while we are renting. I genuinely don’t understand this. The owner was in and out the whole weekend and we found it off putting. Plus. Don’t try using the light in the master bedroom.

My car broke down on the way to the Hamptons and I needed to get my other car out of the detached garage, which was not a part of the rental. I did not linger on the property and was not in and out the whole weekend. I never went near the house, yard or pool. One of 4 lights in the master bedroom was finicky and I offered to show them how to turn it off, but they declined my help. It has since been fixed. Their review was harsh and unwarranted given the circumstances with my car. Contrary to my initial positive review I would not rent to them again because when I messaged them after their stay they had no complaints until writing the review 5 weeks later.

Our second stay with Ronnie was as great as the first. The home has everything we needed for privacy for all of us while also having welcoming gathering spaces for us to come together. The pool was a delight and its a well suited location to explore the East End.

Perfect getaway for our group

Ronnie's place was great! The pictures honestly don't do the backyard justice. Convenient location, plenty of space, everything we needed to cook dinners! It's the perfect spot to go to East Hampton, Bridgehampton, or Sag Harbor. The pool space is beautiful, as is the outdoor table. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful stay

The house is beautiful with many newly redecorated rooms and a great new addition. We spent 4 nights and had a great time. We spent hours in the pool, ate in each night using the grill and kitchen and were very comfortable with a party of 7 adults and 4 children from 5 yrs to 2 months. The property manager, Alison was very helpful and the owner extremely nice making sure we were happy. We highly recommend this property

Excellent stay, amazing pool/deck

Our family had a great stay at Ronnie’s house - very communicative from time of booking and throughout check in process. Once checked in we never needed to contact Ronnie because everything was so clearly laid out in the house manual and exactly as described. Spent many hours in the pool and enjoyed meals on the deck. Highly recommend this rental, quick drive to downtown and other family friendly activities!
