Welcome to 124 Sunset Ridge Lane, a beautifully appointed WaterColor retreat offering timeless style and modern comfort. Overlooking Crimson Park, this inviting home features cathedral ceilings, transom windows, and a bright, open layout ideal for family gatherings.

The main living area includes a comfortable seating area with a cozy fireplace and smart TV, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and ample bar seating, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.

The first floor includes a spacious king guest room with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. A second bedroom with twin beds has convenient access to a full hallway bath. The laundry room is located nearby for easy post-beach cleanup.

Upstairs, the private primary suite offers a king bed, smart TV, and shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. An adjoining alcove with twin beds creates a perfect setup for young children. A loft area with a twin daybed and TV provides a cozy space for reading or movie nights.

Great house and location

Great house and location for a small group of adults! Very clean and has everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive to any questions/needs. Definitely recommend staying here!

Quiet retreat on the doorstep of fun

Perfect spot to sleep and feed 8. Overlooks a nice Watercolor park and is steps from the boathouse and hotel.

Watercolor is always great!

This house was absolutely perfect for our week at Watercolor. The location is a close walk or bike ride to the beach club, and our kids loved playing whiffle ball in the adjacent grassy area. The house is beautiful and we look forward to returning soon.

Perfect House for 2 Familys

We had 5 kids (10, 8, 7, 5, 2) and the setup here was perfect. The house was amazing and everything worked as good as you could expect. Its a great location with short walks everywhere and the golf cart was a nice inclusion. The back porch and huge common area was used alot. The only thing I would recommend would be to update the TV situation - hard to use with some broken controllers, non smart TV etc but it gave us an excuse to keep the kids busy outside. We would 100% stay here again

Watercolor visit

The house is beautiful and very relaxing ! We had the best week! The communication with the property manager was amazingly quick no matter the time of the day! We had an issue with the internet, which was resolved quickly. We also had an issue with the AC as the thermostat was on permanent holds and it got warm . But again property manager had someone come asap and fixed the issue .We have always stayed in Seagrove but tried this location for the access to beach club and pools . I will mentioned that you have to get a Grayton park pass to be on the beach past the beach service chairs, since that is state park property and aren’t suspose to be setup on the beach before 8:00. I learned this from the ranger on the beach . So we bought 5.00 pass each day to be day and did that online . We would stay here again.

Overall great stay

We love Watercolor and all of its amenities, and for that our trip was always going to be great. The location of this house is great, and the little park behind it was a great perk for our kids who used it to run around and play stickball. The house was beautiful but lacked some amenities we would expect for the price-- the dryer didn't work correctly and never got our towels dry, there were limited mugs in the kitchen (and we had only 4 adults drinking coffee), we had to call management on night one to fix a toilet that we hadn't yet used and a cabinet door that was falling off the hinge, we found a dirty diaper behind the dresser in the upstairs main bedroom, and internet and tv service were seriously spotty throughout the week. A smart TV (even just in the living room) would have been great, especially for the price.
