Le prix de location Ă  la semaine COMPREND: 21 'SeaFox bateau Ă  double console avec hors-bord 150HP et toit bimini.

Canal d'accÚs facile à quelques minutes du golfe du Mexique, de Sanibel, de Captiva, de Fort Myers et de nombreuses belles plages et restaurants isolés!

Fantastique canal au bord de l'eau. Profitez de la pĂȘche, en regardant les dauphins occasionnels nager ou un cocktail depuis votre quai! Le canal est plus large et alimente d'autres canaux et un lac, ce qui permet d'observer des personnes / bateaux intĂ©ressants. Dock a Ă©galement une table avec des siĂšges.

Our family had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The house was perfect for our needs. It was one of the most well equipped houses we've ever stayed in. The owner was very responsive and her local support team was great in making sure the stay was wonderful. As an avid boater, the included boat was a huge selling point and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed boating and fishing the area waters all week. Thank you for sharing your home!

Awesome stay! Boat was really nice!

We had a great stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised and was well equipped. Pam and Tim were helpful while not intrusive. The outdoor space was very nice. Plenty of places to hang out. Would definitely stay again if we are in area.

Wonderful, relaxing week at the perfect house

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, ages 12 and under, and absolutely loved our stay at the Jewel of the Cape! The boat was so fun and we used it almost every day. The home is very clean and has all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. We loved boating right up to nearby restaurants as well as grilling by the pool. We would love to stay there again!

Perfect Getaway

Honeymoon

Our honeymoon stay was fabulous. The home was perfectly equipped to meet our every need. Our days were spent island hopping and our nights grilling and relaxing in the pool. Our host were responsive, kind, and accommodating. A must stay for anyone wanting to thoroughly enjoy a gulf coast vacation.

Christmas in Florida.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The weather wasn't great but it was still better than snow. We loved the outdoor living area. This place has everything you need to live. We had 6 all together and had plenty of room. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had such an enjoyable stay at this property and would not hesitate to return. The hosts were communicative and provided very helpful information regarding operating the boat and navigating the area. Having a brand new boat available for our use was an incredible bonus with this property. We were more than pleased with our week-long stay and took advantage of pool time and boating through the canals and to Sanibel Island and Captiva.
