Take your vacation to the next level with this well-appointed and perfectly located apartment residence in the heart of Jaco Beach! Just 50 meters to the beach and 50 meters from the center of town. This apartment offers everything you need for the best vacation. Featuring a queen bed, full bathroom with hot water shower, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, high top dining table, TV with premium cable, fast WiFi, and incredible onsite staff to assist you with all your needs.

This brand new construction building features a total of 6 residence apartments, all with their own private bathroom, kitchenette and well appointed apartments. We have outdoor seating and are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica which allows for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to everywhere in Jaco for restaurants, shopping, tours, and the beach. Designed with the budget traveler in mind, we feature special things like Surf Board and beach towel rentals and have an onsite administrator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with anything you may need.

Very clean property

Great price for a clean cute room close to everything

I have stayed at many places in Jaco. This place was exceptional to us bc of the price and cleanliness. Everything felt so fresh and nice. The room had what we needed. The beach was steps away and then some of the best places to go (mas o menos, taco bar, Jaco walk etc) were moments away. We had our laundry done for less than 10. It was a great stay!

Great experience

It was my first time in Jaco Beach. The location of the property was perfect. It is literally steps away from the beautiful black sand beach. It is close to everything you need: stores, restaurants, tour info. It was also very clean and right next door to a little cute bar. The host was friendly and responded quickly to all my questions and needs. The property is more like a hotel room than a studio but I would definitely stay here again.

I had a death in the family and the Host would not communicate with me on any refund for the last three days. I called him, he sent a hello text, I informed him of the situation and he did not respond. The room was nice and onsite staff was excellent. If the Host would have at least talked with me I would have given a high score, but that didn't happen.

I had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Jaco, Costa Rica! The location was unbeatable, just half a block from the beach and the main street, offering easy access to all the attractions in the area. The on-site property manager was outstanding, providing attentive service and going the extra mile to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The availability of laundry service was a fantastic perk, making my trip even more convenient. Security was a priority with a gated property, which gave me added peace of mind. The studio itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, efficient A/C, and all the essentials provided in the bathroom and kitchenette. Communication with the host was exceptional - they were responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful, offering valuable advice and promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Jaco.

Mi estadĂ­a fue espectacular. El alojamiento estĂĄ a solo unos pasos de la playa y la ubicaciĂłn se siente como estar en un paraĂ­so. Tuve la suerte de presenciar la liberaciĂłn de tortugas al mar, una experiencia inolvidable. Hay supermercados muy cerca, lo cual hizo todo muy prĂĄctico. El apartamento estaba impecable y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. El aire acondicionado y el agua caliente funcionaron perfectamente durante toda mi estadĂ­a. Definitivamente un lugar al que me encantarĂ­a volver.

We were super impressed with our stay here. It is so conveniently located to everything! Steps to the beach, very close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping. Plus if you arrive by bus, the stop is right by the supermarket. The amenities were perfect. We had a microwave, mini fridge, dishes, Tupperware and kitchen tools. Very well thought out and would definitely stay here again!

Clean and cute.

Apartment was very clean. The little yard outside the door very well maintained. The apartme t is small but perfect for one or two people staying a few days. Having a safe available to safeguard valuables is a big bonus. The beach is less than 1 minutes walk away. Communication was great, staff were also great. Would gladly stay here again.

This property was a vision to provide the best vacation experience to tourists coming to the Jaco Beach area for fun and relaxation. The property features 5 rooms, 1 administrator room and a restaurant at the front of the property. Each room is a Studio Luxury setup with a Queen Bed and with a Kitchenette (perfect for light meal preparations). The bathrooms are full and we are located just 50 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the center of Downtown Jaco Beach!

This property features a unique downtown Jaco Beach setting, where you can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and also to the center of downtown Jaco Beach in less than 2 minutes. It really is the perfect location and features a restaurant at the front of the property. We also provide beach towel rentals and surf board rentals, we can recommend tours and also help you with anything you may need during your stay!
