Beautiful , cozy one bedroom, one bath apartment with private entrance, covered.deck, mountain views and private off street parking. Full kitchen stocked. Tastefully decorated in Southwest theme. Comfortable king bed. Antique dressers and lots of storage. Large walk-in shower. Large covered deck with lots of seating and a swing. Also a patio table and umbrella and a grill on the patio area. Smoking allowed outside. There are steps to go to lower level.

The location was very close to anywhere we wanted to go. Our hostess was the best, with great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely owner and a nice spot. Keep in mind the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep, but a nice location with great views.

US Senior Open staycation

Came from Greeley to volunteer at US Senior Open golf championship. Perfect place for a golfer to stay. Morning coffee and evening nightcaps sitting on a well maintained patio looking out onto Patty Jewett golf course. People recommended the grill at Patty Jewett and they were right! Cool basement bedroom nice for sleeping. Very well stocked kitchen! Thanks so much!

Great experience

Very nice and cozy little place. Very pretty backyard and scenic view of the nearby golf course. Great view for watching Independence Day fireworks! The host is very kind and helpful.

I stay because my nephew lived1.5 milesfrom the apartment it was convenient. I was not there very much. It had what you needed. If it had been hot the downstairs would have been very warm.

When the listing noted the place was “cozy” I assumed that was code for tiny, as it usually is in the real estate market. The place was lovely, but not tiny by any means. We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was spacious, well appointed, decorated and comfortable. The area was close to many attractions of Colorado Springs and reasonably close to events we attended in Denver. It is located in quiet residential neighborhood and the whole area is picturesque with Pikes Peak as a constant backdrop. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Worked fine for what I needed

I was in Colorado Springs for a business trip. My office was just a few blocks away so this location was very convenient. Essentially, I slept and showered here and that was about it. The cost was reasonable and accommodations were fairly basic but filled my needs well.

I don't remember seeing in the listing that the apartment was in a basement. That needs to be emphasized for us older folks that have trouble with stairs. We didn't use the kitchen, so no comments there. The host left good notes on how to get in and the code, etc.

Also volunteer at Penrose Hospital in the Gift Shop. I love being a host, it give me the chance to meet people from all over. I like making their stay as enjoyable as possible. Also love to play golf with my grandsons.
