Beautiful cozy cottage conveniently located in the heart of Holmes Beach. This one bedroom home has it all. Newly renovated kitchen and appliances and private patio area make for quiet evenings enjoying the sounds of Holmes Beach.

The home is fully stocked with all dishes, cooking utensils, linens, beach chairs, beach toys and outside B-B-Q grill. Just a short walk down 50th Street to the sugar, white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Located in a residential neighborhood. Another plus is that there are no houses over single story looking down on. The trolley stop going both directions is just across the street. Located mid-island, makes us close to historic Pine Avenue, shopping, churches and restaurants in the heart of Holmes Beach and a trolley ride away from Bradenton Beach & the #3 Rated beach in the World--Coquina Beach!

Your lovely Pets are welcome. Proof of vaccinations, size & weight limits.

PLEASE NOTE: THE NOISE ORDINANCE IS ENFORCED DUE TO OUR RESIDENTIAL LOCATION. Weekly stays are quoted as a discounted rate off our daily rate, partial weeks pay daily rates and MUST end or start on Saturday. Weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday to receive discount.

Great Place

Great size for 2 people! Well stocked home- great Beach equipment!!! Great kitchen! Great Grill and hot tub!!! Very Clean! Great shower and bathroom. Nice location to beach. Great to work with and communicate!!Only downfall was it is located right beside very busy street and lots of traffic noise. Hard to sit and enjoy the outside. area of house.

Great location

Virginia's place is a nice spot that's right next to a trolley stop. There are plazas with shops, restaurants, and bars within a five minute walk. The house is right on Gulf Dr where there's traffic all the time. I tuned it out pretty quickly though, it isn't overwhelmingly loud. I will note that the house is a duplex. The pictures don't show any evidence of this. My neighbors were great though. It was a whole family staying and I couldn't hear them all week unless they were on their porch while I was in the hot tub.

Cute place

This spot was cute and cozy, spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed. I like the “pay it forward” policy that gives you lots of little things you need like coffee filters, plastic wrap, laundry soap. We left a few items for the next visitors. There were fresh flowers too. The hot tub was nice and the walk to the beach is short after you cross Gulf Drive. The trolley stop is literally right next to the house which was great! Communication was tough at the beginning and it led to some nerves as we waited for check in procedures. After that was cleared up, everything was great. Internet was spotty. Overall, it’s a good place for two to enjoy AMI.

Walkable Location

Property was perfect size for 2 people, although it has a pullout couch for additional sleeping . Condo had updated kitchen with dishwasher , stove , outdoor grill and all small appliances ready for use . Bathroom update as well with plenty of towels . There were beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon making the 10 minute walk to the beach easy. The location is centrally located just past Holmes Beach of Anna Maria Island with several small cafes that are a short walk . Due to the popularity of AMI , there is the road/traffic noise.

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay and this home has everything you need for a stay on beautiful Anna Maria Island. Trolley stop right outside the door too which was really handy. We would definitely recommend this home, thanks Virginia.

Neat and charming!

Virginia is a great host, she promptly answered questions and was very helpful. My husband and I stayed in the cottage for one week and we loved the beautiful kitchen. Since we love to cook we found the kitchen to be much better than we hoped for, it had every appliance you can think of including a steamer/ rice maker! We loved the large private patio where you can sit in the sun or shade ( I hear a new outside hot-tub will be installed for the next guest) that will be awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage was perfect for the two of us. We plan to be back to try out the new hot tub!
