Great location but dated and not clean.
I’ll start out with the location, it’s great. The tower is situated 2 blocks north of the boardwalk. Close enough for a quick walk yet far enough for a quiet night. Pool is a great option.
But..
Cleanliness of the unit is a huge issue. The place just appeared dirty and unclean.
We found a wrappers and water bottle were under the bed and left on top of the bed.
Mugs-I only saw 2 mugs, which was strange.
When I went looking for more mugs I discovered the Dishwasher was left full and dirty. Then went to run it and it didn’t clean anything.
Coffee pot- moldy and dirty, oddly there was another coffee pot there that we used.
Stove- plastic was left in/on one of the burners.
No tea kettle in the kitchen.
King bed was very uncomfortable, wanted to switch to the smaller room.
Shower head broken in one bathroom.
There was a razor blade still in the shower when we arrived.
Outdoor patio furniture, for the price we paid, we should have furniture that won’t buckle under you.
Overall it was dated, carpet was old and sofa was old and damp.
We did report issues to vacasa but wanted to enjoy our vacation.
