Condo bord de l'océan de deux chambres, à seulement deux pùtés de maisons de la promenade!

Les tours 304 est un condo au 3Úme étage joliment meublé en bord de mer, à seulement deux pùtés de maisons au nord de la promenade! Les portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur le grand balcon depuis le salon et la salle à manger. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tous les appareils, et il y a la climatisation centrale et une belle piscine extérieure en bord de mer. Le bùtiment a un ascenseur et l'unité vient avec une place de stationnement. Cette unité spacieuse dispose de deux grandes chambres, l'une est en bord de mer. Le maßtre a un lit queen et la deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits queen. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Invités fournit des draps et des serviettes, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo pour votre commodité. Unité non-fumeur et buidling. Pas d'animaux, s'il vous plaßt. Nos propriétaires n'autorisent pas les locations de groupe aux personnes de moins de 25 ans. Veuillez noter que nous n'annoncons aucune propriété sur la liste de Craig. Close to boardwalk

This was a vacation for three adults. The unit is in need of an upgrade. It appeared cleaners did a good job with what they are given to clean. Surfaces and bathrooms appeared clean. Under sinks there was unusable space due to mold. Kitchen needs updated but everything worked. Newer toaster oven available which was good since the toaster seemed to be missing a bottom. Just don't look too closely in some of the drawers. Washer and dryer worked well. Regular coffee pot available. There were some beach chairs in the laundry area. Elevators seemed to be readily available. Pool area was ok. Short walk directly to the beach with rentals available. Beds had a mattress protector and pad. Old bedspreads were on top and it's doubtful they are washed. Old blankets and pillows were piled in the master bedroom closet which should be tossed. We brought our own sheets and towels instead of renting. The sliding doors were extremely hard to open. Overall, we knew the place needed updates, but things worked, and we saved money with lodging so we could spend it on going out to eat, etc.

Dirty

This condo was so dirty and outdated with mold, water damage, dust and stench. A quarter inch of dust on all vents, pictures, tables and walls. We tried to find a new place to stay

OCMD family vacation

Loved the property and location but they definitely need some new mattresses. Two of the three beds have mattresses that should have been thrown out years ago.

Very clean and just what I was looking for. My daughter and I loved it.

I have an Autistic daughter and it's hard for me to get her to go anywhere on vacation. She loved this place and so did I. Exactly what her and I were looking for.

Perfect condo for our family

We enjoyed our stay at the towers. We would love to be able to come back and stay here again. It was clean and spacious and had a great semi wrap around balcony that fit all 7 of us plus extra room. The location is great for us. Only downside was no indoor pool but I knew that prior to booking. Like I said, we'd love to be able to stay here again!

2020 Vacation

This property is amazing!! Great location! The condo has everything that you could possibly want. I had 2 issues, the mattress in the Master Bedroom could use replacing. Also, neither bathroom had a hand held shower head, which would be a great help when you are washing someone else. Other than that, the property was perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay & I would definitely go back there again 😀

Great location

The location of the property is great close to the boardwalk, amusements, and restaurants.. The balcony provided beautifull views of the Atlantic Ocean and had decent furnishings.. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils plates and appliances... If I had to complain about one thing it would be the beds were very uncomfortable and probably could use new mattresses

Don’t recommend

After having to drive for 5 hours, my daughter and I had to spend the first 3 hours cleaning. This unit was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke. Carpets were stained and heavy traffic areas were black. Needed a new shower curtain and shower head. The vanity was broken in the one bathroom. Outlets were hanging off the walls and also one on the balcony. Door hangers were falling off as well. The rug under the table was rolled up at the one corner which tripped you every time you. Dishes in their metal cabinets were covered in a film and were dirty. I could go on but you get the picture. After we got some of these issues taken care of, we had a good week. This unit needs an overhaul.

Needs major updates

Pros: spacious, location near boardwalk, ocean view Cons: literally everything else...place hasn’t seen updates (other than master bath) in 30 years. Carpets are so stained you need shoes to walk on them. Walls are dirty. Fixtures, vents are so old they are brown and disgusting. Decor on walls looks like it hasn’t been touched in 30 years. Master bath was decent. Ocean view from large balcony is great. Unit is spacious. Laundry room was nice. Can’t say anything else nice about this place. If it received some updates it could be a really great place. Some paint; removal of the grossest carpet I have ever seen. There was literally pen marks from someone scribbling on the wall. We actually tried to stay in the place as little as possible because we felt gross after being there. Especially with that carpet!

Great location, decent condo.

This was not our first stay in this building. Just the first stay in this unit. Easy check-in and we had no issues that needed owner/manager assistance while we were there. Yes, as other reviews have stated, the unit is older, and needs updating. You can tell they're in the process of updating (master bath has a great shower). However, the one thing that should be made priority, is the bedroom carpets. Those definitely need to be replaced. I was shocked by the state of them when I walked into each bedroom. The actual dining furniture in the condo is far better than what is pictured in the VRBO ad, which was a pleasant surprise.

Loved this place! We have been coming to ocean city for 40 years, and the mix of quiet and downtown at this property was just right, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I didn’t realize I was getting charged extra to go through VRBO. Next time I will book the same place through Central Reservations

Out dated

I love the view, the place is out dated. Dressers in the corner of both rooms, you can see where it has water damage. The carpet in the dining room was curled up on the corner, I tripped over it several times while there. The pillows had stains on them as well.

Blast from the Past

The condo is best described as adequate. Has what you need but is very dated. Good location is best feature. Needs new kitchen, has the loudest refrigerator I’ve ever heard and old metal cabinets, yes metal! Also needs new mattresses. Not enough chairs if it’s rented for max guests. We had 4 and seating was fine. No way to get 8 around the table. This condo was probably very nice when it was built in the 70s but has had nothing done since then, except the master bathroom which had a nice new shower. But like I said it’s adequate for a short stay and has a nice view of the beach & ocean.

A great retreat in the winter~

My friend and I spent four nights in Ocean City at this condo. We had a great experience overall! This condo is situated far enough away (30 minute walk) from the end of the pier that during the summer months, the noise and activity would not be an issue, however it is still in the heart of the restaurants and activities. We were able to walk to dinner and look out to the beach! The unit itself is on the 3rd floor, great views! However, it is a bit dated. Especially, the kitchen. The bedrooms have clean carpeting and the beds were comfortable. Bringing our own towels and sheets was a plus for me! We needed the internet for scrapbooking and it worked well. I would recommend posting the wifi password for ease of the guest. The bathrooms were clean and ready for our stay, however the shower door was stiff and didn't slide easily. ( Easy to fix though!) This unit was a great deal and worked well for us! I would recommend staying here, especially for the beach views and the price!
