The kitchen overlooks the family room, the south balcony, and the Gulf of Mexico. It has beautiful upgraded granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Containing two master suits each with a king bed, one queen suite, and a dual twin bed suite this condo provides sleeping arrangements for 8 people:

- South master suite has a king bed, direct balcony access, and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The opulent south master bath features an oversized glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Granite and tile throughout.

- North master suite has a king bed, private bath, and a private balcony that overlooks Pensacola Bay, Quiet Water harbor area, and the intercostal waterway.

- East bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and spectacular views to the west of the island.

- West bedroom has dual twin beds and a private bath as well.

Great accommodations and location. Can walk to several restaurants and shops and bars

Overall was a great trip with family. The table on balcony needs repainted or replaced but we did not use it anyway.

Very nice, LARGE condo

This place was great. It had 4 bedrooms/bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The views were beautiful, even in January. Close to restaurants, shopping.

Loved our stay

The property was perfect size for our family. The view was fabulous, amenities were perfect. We only had one wish, that each bedroom had a ceiling fan! Loved the beach chair rental, that was a perfect touch!

Even though the weather was less than spectacular the views from here make it worth it. If you're looking for an amazing place to stay look no further.

Great Views, Beautiful Place

As always we love staying at The Beach Club. Amenities are always great, location is great. There were 6 of us and had plenty of room. Only complaint is the beds were squeaky and a little hard. Other than that everything was in good shape, kitchen amenities are good, comfortable couches, great views. Easy check in and out.

Will definitely go back! Unit 601 was beautiful! Everyone was friendly. Great location!

The staff at premiere island management was just amazing from check in to check out. Unit 601 was beautiful with a wrap around balcony. Elevators were easy to get, didn't wait long. Great location, lots of shopping and restaurants/ bars nearby. Pool was beautiful, easy access to the beach. Cabana workers were awesome. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful time

All our boys and our grands had a perfect weekend. The condo was just the right size for 3 1/2 families. The view is amazing and we utilized the outdoor grill three different times. With little ones, we were able to walk to good restaurants that had excellent food and play areas for the toddlers so, that we could eat and they could run around, too! they even had an afternoon that they went to Fort Pickens, which is just down the island. All in all, a good time was had by all!

Great Place! Needs updated beds, though

These was a fantastic place to stay. The views are perfect, it's easy walking distance to great restaurants, great beaches and shopping. The condo was very clean as well. However, the beds are in SERIOUS need of updating. even bumping them slightly causes a lot of squeeking because the frames are old and falling apart. This made sleeping very difficult because even the slightest movement at night would walk up my partner. This was consistent on all four bedrooms in the condo. The shower door fell off in one of the bathrooms as well (just needed some tightening of some screws). Other than the bed issues, no complaints at all and would definitely stay here again (with updated beds).

Great views, spacious and great location

Beautiful views from a very large balcony. Furnishings were very nice. Everyone has their own room. Highly recommend this place. A few things to note. No dish soap or dishwasher soap, nothing to clean dishes except a brush. Not enough cushions for outside chairs. No beach or pool towels. No cutting board. Washing machine has a restrictor on water fill, very unusual not sure if clothes clean. Dishwasher runs but may need the nozzles cleaned, not very efficient. These are my only complaints. Furnishings nice and comfortable. Unit well taken care of overall. Great office staff. Loved the huge balcony. Great location on beach close to lots of restaurants. Door needs weathering stripping, you can hear the wind howling. However, still a nice place and I would stay here again. Four couples met here and plenty of room inside and out.

Nice place in need of SERIOUS updating

Love beach club. Love the layout of their condos. This unit just needs some TLC. Washer sounds like it is going to come through the wall. Dryer takes 2x as long to dry as a normal dryer. The 2 master beds sound like they are about to fall apart when you roll over and mattresses in all bedrooms should have been refreshed a long time ago. The jets in the master bathroom tub do not work. Fans in the house spin about 3mph on high setting. There is little to no privacy in both masters due to the clips that hold the vinyl blinds being broken and will not hold a blind up. Also the cooking equipment (dishes, pots and pans, utensils) leave a lot to be desired. Spend about 10k updating this place and everyone will want to return.

Nice condo!

This property was a last minute rental. The property management was overall ok. Ended up having to go back due to not getting a keyfab to get back in when using the pool and going to the beach so was nice for the ladies in the garage to let us back in and inform us we needed those! Condo was great and roomy for us 4, pool was amazing to use and beach access readily available.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Pictures are accurate. We loved the security aspect which involved gated access and needing a key fob to access the building, elevators, and pools. The water was beautiful and the view from the condo was great. Our only complaint was that the rooms got hot at night even with the air set fairly low. The fan in the master bed room did not help much since it did not go very fast and there weren’t ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. I suggest bringing a box fan if you like sleeping in a cooler room. Also the master bed was very loud when getting in/out or rolling over. Otherwise this condo was perfect for our extended family of 8!

Right on the Beach! Steps to the ocean Upscale facility

Probably the best ocean stay our family has had. This property is super secure (you have to use a lanyard to get in to multiple places) and you are just steps from your room to the ocean. Loved the balcony and WIDE open door to the balcony made the balcony feel like it was part of the overall living space. Nice weightlifting area facing the beach. Grill on the balcony was great for lunch breaks off of beach time. Quiet evenings and Quiet mornings. You are a short walk to several popular eateries. (Flounders, Shaggys, Water Pig)

Great Location

Needs upgrade

The unit needs updating. Several items have been broken and glued back together. Master bed makes noises like it’s falling apart when you rollover. Patio furniture is the worst! Very uncomfortable and no cushions! Top of dining table is rusty. I would not recommend the unit. It is not worth the price.

Not a lot of 4 bedroom, 4 bath condos for rent...

Beautifully kept up complex. The condo itself, was a little worn. Our group was more concerned with having a great time, not the actual room. It was comfortable and spacious. We cooked almost every meal and I think the kitchen could have been stocked better. For example, we had no pot holders. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Spent a lot of time on the great wrap around balcony.

Great condo with beautiful views!

Beautiful condo with plenty of room for a large group. Building was very secure and has great indoor and outdoor pool areas. All very accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay again next year.
