Welcome to "Casa Soleada", a stunning new 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo with breathtaking ocean and mountain views located at Harbor 171, one of the finest beachfront properties in Vallarta's Hotel Zone. The complex features top-notch amenities including an infinity pool, lap pool, hot tub, gym, and parking garage, ideal for your luxury vacation in PV and is located within walking distance to the best that Vallarta has to offer.
This 12th floor unit is highlighted by stunning views of Bahia de Banderas and generous ocean breezes from the main patio, as well as a second balcony overlooking the City and green mountain mountain range. It has an open, spacious, and bright layout and is elegantly decorated with tones of blue and rich wood. There are dozens of restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk, a 25 minute walk brings you to the famous Malecon (An extensive ocean-front boardwalk), and there are groceries, convenience stores, and just about every kind of shopping you could imagine within blocks. The Marina and the Romantic Zone are a quick drive or longer walk in either direction, and you can catch a parasail or wave runner just outside the property.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 4 or "al fresco" at the table on the private balcony. Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and watch the colorful sunset over the Bay.
The master bedroom features ocean views via the full-wall sliding door to the main patio, room-darkening curtains, smart TV, a comfortable king-size bed, and ensuite full bathroom.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed where you can watch the smart TV and a sliding door to the second balcony. A full bathroom is just outside this room.
The living room boasts another full-wall sliding door facing the ocean, smart TV, and authentic Mexican artwork.
This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrance is gated and security is on-site 24/7. Its amenities include:

Cabs and Ubers are readily available and the bus stop is just one block from the property. You can also walk to the Malecon (Vallarta's famous boardwalk) in 25 mins. Grocery stores, trendy Versalles restaurants, and many other conveniences are also within walking distance.

Harbor 171 is located in the southern section of the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown).

Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.

One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. ***The apartment is equipped with beach chairs for guest use.***
