Beautiful condo perfect for a getaway for a couple or small family! Enjoy the beautiful ocean views on the private balcony while sipping on your morning coffee. Then, make breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen while planning out what adventure awaits you later in the day. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, you will be close by to all the best restaurants and attractions. Only a 5-minute drive from WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, mini-golf, and more! If you want to stay close to home, you can walk to the pool for a quick dip, go eat at the famous Pineapple Willey's, or use the on-site beach access to feel the sugary sand beneath your toes. However you choose to spend your beach vacation, this home away from home will suit all of your needs!



***IMPORTANT**** You must be at least 25 years of age to book and check in. The unit accommodates only 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you cannot check-in, and your money will not be refunded. ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive their parking pass (Only 1 per Condo from March through Sept) and wristbands. The cost of the parking pass is $30, and the wristbands are $6 each + tax (subject to change without notice)



Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection. VRC# 44150

The beach view was amazing! The check in process was quick and easy. Once we parked our car we never moved it until we checked out.

Advertised poorly and very dirty

The listing was not accurate at all !!!! Completely different layout, no couch , only the sleeper sofa bed, which was not the same as the one in the picture. Our room was dirty and with sandy beds. I had mold on dishes and coffee maker. There were roaches in cabinets- live ones! The toilet would not flush for half the time and had to fiddle with the back repeatedly. This place was a huge disappointment. I have stayed at this property before and have had good experiences, but never in this specific condo- my experience in this condo has made me never want to return. It was so gross and falsely advertised- waste of money and time for vacation. We only hope to not get sick from being there.

Nice for the price. Would stay again

It could use more soft sitting spaces for relaxing. It only has one couch and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is cramped. Could use some updating to ensure things are a little cleaner. The linens and bath is clean so I was content but there’s a bit of dust if you have any allergies. Overall, it is a nice stay for anyone who’s not looking for luxury prices.

I wish I’d done more research on this unit before booking. I have stayed at various units throughout the Sunbird. Usually, I book with a private condo owner, but this time the unit I booked was through a a company called FunQuest.I will NEVER book with them again. Upon entering the unit, we noticed there was no way to lock the door from the inside. My 18 month old son was able to open the door and wander out. I immediately sent a message to the company because this was a major safety concern. Someone did come out and add a security lock/latch to the top left of the door. The door frame was falling off, so that didn’t help much. Through the VRBO app, they argued with me and said the lock worked even though the worker who came out agreed it didn’t. The A/C was not working properly and I reached out to the company again, but got no reply. We ended up having to go to Walmart to buy floor fans. The furniture in the pictures does not match the actual furniture. It looks like these people went to Goodwill and purchased random furniture, decorations, and kitchen items. The kitchen counters are made up of 3 different countertops and the paint in the bedroom is 2 different colors. The condo smells like must and mold. They do not care about the quality of the unit. It certainly needs some TLC!

Cute but needs work/updates

Overall property is fine. The unit we stayed in is a little dated and needs a tiny bit of investment to fix some items and just spruce it up a little bit. An update to kitchen supplies would be useful as well.

Awesome location

Perfect location, parking was great, view was AMAZING. Bed was very comfortable. Condo was perfect for the two of us.

Wouldn’t stay again

The bedroom light and fan didn’t work. I messaged the owner about it and they said they would have someone look into it. Next night no change or update so I messaged them again. They told me that maintenance told them a new fan would have to be installed. Without ever seeing maintenance I can’t help but think the problem was existing prior to my arrival. I paid a good amount of money to have to function by lamp light my whole vacation.

quick 2 day stay as we where already staying in another location

hello the resort itself is great location is perfect the unit itself the main room is good just very dirty furniture the kitchen bath an sleep area is very worn an hodge podge the kitchen has new appliances these rooms really need to be gutted an start over the workmanship of these rooms is extremly poor the unit looks like picture in that area just dirty the kitchen the quality of the unit itself is so bad extemly hard to clean properly im sure remodeling these rooms properly you would have a nice rental the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan which does not comply with city code . i do not like to give poor reviews but this unit needs professional work . home owners work i would be very mad had i rented this unit for a full week . sorry guys the truth isthe truth.
