I wanted to take a moment to respond to your review as most of the items you have outlined were not brought to our attention at all during your stay. The resort is located off William Hilton Parkway, just as many other resorts on the island. Given that this road is one of the main highways on the island, traffic can be busy. The resort is looking into options to potentially change the entrance location of the community, but for the time being, the main entrance is located off that road. We have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to turn into the middle lane and merge onto traffic. I assume that you may have experienced heavier traffic at times. Our home is not advertised with a private washer and dryer. We do mention the community laundry facilities, which are located less than a minute walk from our front door in our guest information. Yes, they are paid and very easy to use through an app on your phone, and definitely worth the expense so we don’t have to do laundry when we get home. As far as the cleaning, I have brought your concern to our cleaner’s attention. We have a deep cleaning scheduled for the week of August 6th. It is not possible for a deep clean to be completed in the midst of Summer season. We are sorry if that was an inconvenience to you, but as you have mentioned, you did not notify us during your stay, and we didn’t have an opportunity to make it right for you. We did respond to your message about the TV and are still working on a solution. We were notified by the resort that a bad storm came through that affected multiple buildings. That could have been what caused the TV outage. Unfortunately, as we mentioned to you, finding a vendor who can get there immediately is impossible, as everyone is fully booked during the Summer months. Sorry that you felt our response wasn’t friendly enough. That was not our intention and appreciate you trying to troubleshoot. I will mention your concerns with the regime in regards to the temperatures of the pool and hot tub, as well as that you felt the staff didn’t care. That is not a normal occurrence and this is the first time we’ve heard that feedback. Wishing you all the best in your future travels.
