Served the purpose, and beds were comfortable. There were some bugs seen crawling on nightstands in both bedrooms. Some ants were seen on a bathroom counter. Some silverware was dirty, and the tray in the drawer was dirty. The coffee pot had old grounds under the filter insert that I took the liberty to clean. The floor was dirty behind a nightstand where I used an outlet for a phone charger and needs to be vacuumed. I did like the location and it’s very accessible.

Super easy to "check in" was sent codes for the building and room a couple hours before check in time. Never had to go to a lobby it was great. If going to Universal Studios or IOA its about a mile maybe 2 from the parking garge super convient. The room was a little smaller than I thought, but it was big enough considering we didnt spend much time there. There was a bit of mildew type smell, but i think it was from the building and not the room.Host was great and easy to reach out to for anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Universal Studios - budget friendly

Close to Universal Studios, and I drive area for food and shopping. The need to get card access keys from the hotel lobby was kind of a pain, but workable. It was a good fit for our short time in Orlando.

Close to everything

Perfect location for sea world, Disney, and Universal. Easy check in. Lots of restaurants within walking. Place was not the biggest but it worked well. Worth the price.

Very convenient location

The property was clean. Communication from the owner was wonderful. The exterior door handle was broken, but there were locks sufficient to make us feel safe. Would stay here again.

Superb Accommodating Host

When we got to the place, there was an issue of double booking. The host found another place that was a huge upgrade, no extra cost. Hugely accommodating and friendly host. Both places were really well set up for a family with two kids to swim, play, and stay.

The property was disappointing. I'm going to provide my honest feedback, list the pros and cons. Pros:The host was very responsive to any questions regarding the property (check-in process, wi-fi, etc.). The location was extremely close to Universal Studios and there were a ton of activities and restaurants nearby. The location was very safe. Cons:The bathrooms were very small and they honestly could use a good deep cleaning (mildew and mold). The photos were misleading as the property could use some serious touch ups or renovations. The description says it could sleep six but we were cramped with just four (two of which were kids). Lastly, the space had a strong odor (possibly from smoking) and all of our belongings had to be deodorized when we got home (even luggage). I like to think of myself as a pretty tolerant person especially when it comes to accommodations. I literally go hiking for days at a time with no conveniences and don't have an issue, however, when I book a place to stay I expect to get what I pay for. Unfortunately, this property was a let down and I would not recommend.

Close to Universal

Property is behind Universal's value resorts, easy to get to the parks by very short drive. Building is older but the condo was clean. It's nothing fancy but we just needed a place to crash after long days in the parks. Has basic and convenient amenities. Owner gave all needed into to get in building and condo including wifi and password info. Only recommendations would be extra wash cloths (there were 4 towels in each bathroom but only 2 wash cloths and one hand towel) extra ice trays (there was only one) extra wine glass (there was only one) and soap (there was conditioner and 2 types of shampoo but no soap). Some things are a bit outdated and mismatched but again it was clean and a good price and convenient location which is what we were looking for. Would stay here again.

Good location for cheap public transportation to theme parks

photos and description posted online totally gives impression that unit comes with laundry and basic accommodations. Very surprised that unit was stocked with 3 long stem wine glasses , two pots and mini cups!!! Totally understand the concept of VRBO but basic necessities weren’t provided, the unit has zero overhead lighting- lamps or basic box fans would be nice. I reached out multiple times about the smell of gas and roach repellent and got zero response. The smell was so strong we were unable to enter without coming back and propping open the door to let it semi air out. Zero circulation of air made it Impossible to make the unit a cool temperature. Simple hospitality like a box fan or bath mat would go a long way.

Appropriate for short stay

Very small, not appropriate for a 4 week stay. Should only rent for a few days. Lots of issues for us. No oven, kitchen items limited, laundry down the hall which you share with other people on the floor. TV’s did not work, 1 comfy place to sit (1 sofa) bathrooms so small. Elevator problems off and on, construction in the building needs to be better controlled or needs to be discussed prior to renting.
