New home in Callender lake gated community. One block from the water . 3 bedroom with 2 full baths and every thing you need for the stay. Canton is 30 min away . Near artsy Edom. Has ping pong table in the garage . Gas grill and burn ring . Garbage - There are trash cans in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. When you take trash out, there is a larger trash can outside or bags can be taken to the dumpsters up at the entrance.

For long term stays, There are garbage dumpsters up at the entrance of the neighborhood to empty the trash cans into or to take bagged trash to. They empty these weekly.

Fishing and relaxing! This property is beautiful! James and Goldie are wonderful hosts!!

We loved our 7 weeks at Callender Lake and James and Goldies property. The neighbors even brought us fresh eggs! Very friendly housing addition! Fishing the lake let us get to know several of the residents. We also fished other lakes in the area! Beautiful home

This listing was wonderful. This newly constructed home was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was in a neighborhood where we felt very safe. It was perfect for our Canton trip which was just a short 25 minute drive away. I hope we will be able to secure it for a future trip.

Canton First Monday stay

This property is about 25 minutes from Canton First Monday Trade Days. We like to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. The house was perfect. Has a garage to store treasures in and a nice neighborhood and lake to take a walk and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Love it at Goldie and James homes!! They make sure we have everything we need and my husband and i do a lot of bass fishing in the area. It was a great ending to our winter!

My sisters and I found this house to be perfect for our trip. It was a gated community which added to the security. The neighbor was peaceful and friendly. We were 23 minutes from Canton. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Canton Traders Market weekend stay

We chose this property for our annual visit to the Canton Trader’s weekend. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the house, and the ample supplies of towels and other necessities. The owners were helpful and responsive. We had some walks around the gated neighborhood and down to the lake. Our only disappointment was the back yard. It could do with some TLC. After a long day walking around Canton Traders Market it would have been good to have a clean patio and a few chairs to sit outside. Apart from the backyard the property is very clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Wonderful property on Callender Lake!

We needed an extra place to stay at Callender Lake while visiting family over Easter and were beyond impressed with this beautiful house! The 3 bedrooms and two baths were just gorgeous, the living room was spacious and fun to gather in, and the kitchen was set up very nicely. All great finishes and working with James every step of the way was great! Our 13 and 17 year boys were beyond delighted to find the ping pong table in the garage and played for hours on end. Great price, beautiful place, and wonderful folks to work with. If you are considering renting within Callender Lake, snag this property now while it's available. : )
