Depending on the days of the week you are staying at La Bella Vita, you may experience, general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include, lawn, pool, or utility service workers.
Additionally, the Property Manager will provide you with instruction for ensuring the waste and recycle containers are taken to the roadside on their assigned pick-up days.
Anytime there is an issue that a repair professional needs to enter the property during your stay, the property manager will provide you with details. This type of situation is rare.
There are 2 security cameras located on the front of the garage and the front of the home by entrance. This is for your safety and security.
Please note the bunk room does not have a private entrance and must be entered through the stylish barndoors within the Master Bedroom. Although these two rooms are separate, private and separated by barndoors... they are connected.
Please note that we purchased this home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We politely ask that you remember our neighbors live here for the same reasons. Please be aware of noise levels, especially on the back patio as we have some neighbors who are sensitive to noise! Thank you for your help in keeping the neighborhood happy!
