The apartment is very comfortable
It’s a 1 min walk to the beach and conveniently
located near coffee shops, restaurants and local activities
The house has a full size bedroom with a king bed also a twin roll away that can be added
The kitchen is small with a stove burner, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator
The apartment is located on the third story of the building only stairs are available no elevator
The living room is spacious

Excellent place to stay

Minutes from the beach..straight line from the airport or the speedway. Plenty of shops and food within walking distance.

Great stay

This place was perfect size for two adults and an infant. Great location, laid back atmosphere and overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Great location- close to beach

Overall- good place to stay- close to beach, boardwalk, lots of restaurants etc. Bed very comfortable. But we had issues with the AC units dripping water, tv wouldn’t come on with remote, had to contact host for correct WiFi. It is small space but def does the trick if you just want to sleep and hangout some and don’t want to have to rent a car. Pillows and linens were nice. Communication with the host was good and they were flexible when we needed to change dates.

Place is amazing

Very clean! Everything is up to date. Great layout comfortable bed! Only about a 6 min walk to Main Street and 3 min to the beach

Nice place

Nice little place very close to the beach. The property was very clean which is the most important thing for us. There was an issue with the water having no pressure at all and the owner sent a plumber the next day to fix it. Overall very happy with my stay.

Amazing Hideaway

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. The 2nd time was just as amazing as the first time. The property management team is great to work with and if you have any questions, they are fast to respond. I Just booked a 3rd stay for a month. This place is only a block from the beach and a 5 min walk to main street. I highly recommend this place for your trip to Daytona Beach.

Be careful

We arrived at the property and was advised the keys were in the shop below the apartment. The shop worker didn't know anything about this and eventually found the keys in the till. We advised him our car (model & type)was in the car park. He said this was fine. We later returned to be told by another member of staff that we couldn't leave the car in the car park. We explained we were renting the apartment upstairs and he apologised and said he hadnt been told. We woke up the next day to find the car was not in the car park. When we asked the shop to check the CCTV they advised a member of staff had arranged for the car to be towed away as they were unaware anyone was in the apartment!!! I spent the whole day making various calls trying to get the car back, to eventually be told by the hire company that they would retrieve the car and end the rental, I would also be charged for getting the car back to Orlando airport and I had to rent a new car. The tow company allowed me to get my possessions from the car but couldn't give it back without authority from the hire company. I had to pay for a taxi the the tow company and then get another to the Daytona airport where I had to hire a new car. After this I emailed a photo the the shop staff, left a note in the shop and another in the car advising I had rented the apartment and NOT to get the second car towed away. This completely ruined my holiday as I was out of pocket and constantly looking out the window the check the car.

Cozy home away from home!!!

I was in the area for work and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The apartment was super nice and clean. Checking in was easy and convenient. It is really close to the beach and Daytona’s Main Street. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was extremely close to the beach and has a nice little sitting area outside to enjoy. Hosts were beyond accomadating and provided anything that we needed. We plan on staying here anytime we visit Daytona Beach.
