The Space:

Perched above the shimmering waters of Braddock Cove, 1626 Port Villa offers a rare blend of coastal serenity and comfortable, well-appointed living. Spread across three thoughtfully designed floors, this villa delivers sweeping water views, a backyard cove perfect for fishing, and the kind of easy, unhurried rhythm that makes a week feel like a month. From morning coffee with sunrise light spilling over the water to grilling your fresh catch on the patio as the day winds down, every hour here has a purpose.

 

The living space

The first floor sets the tone for the entire stay. Fully remodeled with beautiful vinyl plank flooring, the open living area is anchored by comfortable seating and a large smart TV, with double French sliders that open directly onto the patio. The kitchen is bright and functional, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and lower cabinet drawers designed for easy reach - a home cook's dream. A dedicated workspace is also available for anyone who needs to stay connected. The adjacent laundry room leads directly to the private dual-headed outdoor shower, a fan favorite among guests. The dining table seats ten, making it the ideal gathering spot for meals, card games, or a puzzle night in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. On the second floor, the first primary suite features a king bed, plush carpeting, ample closet space, and a private en suite bath with coastal tones throughout. Also on this level is the kids' room - a fun, comfortable space equipped with a double bunk bed and trundle, plush carpeting, a smart TV, and its own private bathroom. The third floor houses the second primary suite, complete with a king bed, en suite bath, and a personal coffee and wine bar - the perfect retreat for late mornings spent watching the sunrise over Braddock Cove.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a full vacation meal plan - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics. Guests have consistently noted how well-equipped it is, and with a dining table for ten, the kitchen and dining area work together seamlessly for group meals.

 

Outdoor living

Step outside and the villa truly comes alive. The patio and balcony offer relaxed outdoor seating with views of Braddock Cove, and the BBQ grill is ready for evening cookouts. Fishing from the cove in the backyard is a genuine highlight - guests have reeled in fish and spotted dolphins from this very spot.

 

The neighborhood

1626 Port Villa sits within Sea Pines, one of Hilton Head Island's most storied gated communities. Natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, and miles of biking trails are all within reach. South Beach Marina - home to The Salty Dog and a range of local restaurants and shops - is just minutes away and easily accessible by bike or golf cart.

 

Please note

Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.



Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
