Get ready to enjoy beautiful lake views from this lakefront property!

This large lakefront property has a main house and a guest house. Outside, enjoy 128 feet of lakeshore including a swimming area in lake (weather permitting), covered porch with sofa, table, and Roku equipped TV, firepit, concrete pier, beach, pergola, hammock, and putting green. Plenty of sitting areas inside and out!

4 Kayaks, paddle board available, free to use.
20ft Sun tracker DXL 90 HP pontoon for rent based on availability.

Perfect Location! Just off the main highway! Only 15 minutes to Uptown Greenwood and Lander University. Less than a mile away from popular lake restaurants!

Main House:
The main house is 2 bedroom/2 bath. One bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle (sleeps 4). The second bedroom in the main house has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms, a laundry room, living room with Roku equipped TV and two reclining sofas, and a full kitchen with kitchen table.

Guest House:
The guest house has one bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave, a large sitting area with a sectional sofa and Roku equipped TV, a wall mounted collapsible table/desk, and a bathroom. The sectional sofa can be a great additional sleeping space and is large enough to comfortably sleep two adults. Additional blankets and sheets provided.

Full rules, additional information, Wi-Fi password, restaurant suggestions, etc. are included in the house manual that will be available to you on the VRBO app/website after your reservation is accepted and confirmed. We also keep a copy in the house that you will have access to during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Was cold so we didn't get to enjoy the outside amenities unfortunately. But if we visit again I would definitely stay here!

Excellent Lakefront property

Very clean, great set up with the main house and guest house. The outdoor settings are a real vacation set up - the beach was clean and very well maintained, the firepit was stocked, the patio is a fabulous set up for everything from quite morning coffee to a festive evening cocktail.

90th Birthday

Our patriarch and matriarch have recently relocated to Wesley Commons in Greenwood. We rented this property as our home base . It exceeded expectations and allowed to have a fabulous family vacation/ reunion

Lounging at the Lake

Had a great time detaching from the everyday hustle and bustle of life and just relaxing. Being a golfer, I loved the putting green and turf to chip from to the green. Didn't turn the TV on once and enjoyed quality time with my wife. Great vacation!

Beautiful lakehouse

Home was just as listed with beautiful views of the lake. The house was well stocked with the necessities and had great amenities. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The guest house was an added bonus. Loved fishing off the dock and being able to get in the water right off the property. There is a boat landing very close. Would recommend for anyone looking to get away and enjoy time with family or friends!! We will be booking again in the future.

Enjoyable visit. Nice property.

Our crew had a nice week despite a good bit of rain most days. comfortable, relaxing, and close to restaurants/stores made for a nice vacation. it’s an easy drive into the town of Greenwood and we visited Lander University one day as well as The Dixie Drive In for a burger. Several grocery stores are also an easy drive. My 15 year old really enjoyed the hammock. Adam was accommodating and checked on us to make sure we were taken care of and had what we needed.

Great weekend

The property worked great for us! We used the grill and the kitchen in the main house and were able to prepare all that we planned. Having the guest house ensured that everyone had their own space. The dock is solid (looks brand new) and is big enough for everyone to fish. I loved feeding the duck family and was thrilled to see geese and osprey! Everyone said they’d like to stay there again. We were grateful for the boat rental, too! The property is close to a bait shop/grocery store and a restaurant.

Wonderful stay with a gorgeous view!

We met up with my dad for a long weekend. He is mobility limited so we needed a place with no stairs. This lovely place met our needs and then some! The pier was one of the most stable piers I've experienced. The view from both houses was spectacular. Communication with the owners was second to none. All instructions were easy to follow and they even informed us of the fireworks show occurring last eevening! Overall a very enjoyable stay, thank you! CCommunication with

Perfect for certain needs

Access to the entire property is relatively flat and paved. Awesome for those who are mobility challenged, wheel chair, etc. The place has a two bed / two bath main house and a one bed / bath guest house. Perfect for a family or guest who may not be super comfortable sleeping in the same house. Other than that, let the listed amenities and pictures tell the story. The location is lake front perfect with plenty of water activities at your toes. Host are pleasant and accommodating.

This place was so wonderful!

Being on the the lake was a beautiful experience. We played corn hole and mini golf, we fed geese, we made s’mores on the fire, and made memories! The inside was clean and accommodating for our big family. The property outside was very clean too, it really was the perfect place to gather a big family. The property managers were very accommodating as well. We would love to stay again! Thank you!

Nice Lake Vacation

This was a nice vacation home on the lake. The kayaks were a great bonus. I grew up in Greenwood but this was the best experience for my family. Great memories.

Beautiful Outside Areas with Spectacular Views

We cannot say enough nice words about this rental! The spaces were clean, updated and comfortable. The outside spaces were where we spent most of our time. We boated over to a restaurant very close to the property which was very convenient. Adam was a great host and made sure we were well taken care of. The ducks who roam the property are very nice and add charm to the rental.

Relaxing Vacation

This was our family’s first lake vacation and we are planning to do more based on our experience here. This property was nicely renovated and immaculate. The host was responsive and kind. There were many activities to keep our days busy, and the property had a wonderful big water view. Highly recommend.
