The host Rene was prompt and courteous with any questions we had prior to arriving. The house was in perfect condition, therefore we didn't have to ask for anything. We celebrated Thanksgiving and my Grandmother's 94th birthday. It was more than enough room for us. The finished basement was a great place for the kids to hangout. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we love it!

Wedding Stay for Family & Friends & Next day Brunch

Our son was married at Enchanted Acres in Greenwood, SC. The Lakefront Estate allowed us to enjoy the company of 16 Family and Friends for the nights extending from the night before the rehearsal & dinner to the Wedding and Brunch the next day. There were 6 bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths which worked well for our party of 16. The Estate has everything you need from a large family room with tables to play games and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking burgers and hot dogs on the charcoal grill and my son’s Best Man enjoyed his time fly fishing in the Lake from the property dock. I would highly recommend the Lakefront Estate for any family celebration or event.

Mediocre for the money.

Several things broken ( door knobs,faucet handles missing, and no additional sheets and blankets ) and missing and dirty sheets on fold out couch/bed. Not changed. Had to pile our own trash because the 5 cans were full so for the first 4 days we had to stack our trash and then move it later during the week. It’s just an ok place. Sorry won’t be returning.

It was a beautiful home! It was clean and the view of the lake was amazing! It was nice and quiet. We didn’t realize that you had lawn care and power washing of the house done while we were there, this interrupted the children’s nap, but otherwise a great stay.

Another excellent stay

My family rented this house for the fourth time for our reunion. It remains a wonderful house, perfectly sized for our group. We love staying on Lake Greenwood, and we love being able to stow the boat at the dock in back! We also like the home's convenient location to Break on the Lake and grocery store KJ's. My only suggestion would be maybe cutting back some of the palms/grass. Out back it's growing into the boat ramp, and a little bit in to the sidewalk as well. But that's it, so very minor stuff. I think our decision to rent here multiple times should speak for itself. :) Highly recommend!

The house is nice, location is great, dock is great, porch area is large with lots of room. The property and house need a little TLC, but nothing major. Communication with Melissa was great. She made sure we had everything we needed. If you are staying with a large group I would recommend bringing extra tp and paper towels, but there is a grocery store really close. We would stay again.

Perfect Spot for a Family Gathering

The location and the view are the most spectacular things about this house, but the house itself was clean and very comfortable. I originally booked it for our extended family to stay while in the area for my mother’s memorial. The house is spacious and having bedrooms on all three floors allowed people to spread out and have privacy while also being able to gather together in the great room or on the deck. The added benefit was that the outside space was perfect to hold a luncheon with my mother’s siblings and cousins who live in the area. It was a beautiful place to gather and share memories. I would definitely rent this place again or recommend it to anyone wanted to visit with a larger group.

Christmas Trip

The property was amazingly beautiful and relaxing! I traveled here with my family for our annual Christmas trip and we had a great time! The property was clean and spacious (We had a group of 10 people). The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and the people/neighbors were nice when we saw them. The arcade gaming system kept the kids and adults busy with friendly competitions the whole trip. It was a very easy check in/out as all of the instructions were very clear. We did not have to communicate with the property manager at all because everything went well, but she did check in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly for us. I'd definitely recommend to others and would stay again...maybe in the summer to be able to do more water/lake activities! 10/10 from us! Thank you!

Competition Weekend

Had a group of us that stayed due to a fitness competition. We had an incredible weekend and the ease of being able to put the boat in the water at the house was GREAT! If we are involved with the competition again next year we will definitely see if the house is available.

Lucas Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the lake front house. Very spacious and comfortable. We had 10 adults and 2 babies under the age of 2. Loved the deck. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have some privacy when needed. We bought a small blow up pool for the kids to splash in on the deck while the adults were relaxing. Loved the opportunity to use the kayaks that were already on the property. We also rental a pontoon boat and Sea-doo from Skippers on the Lake Marina. (Would recommend greatly, Troy was very helpful with those rentals!) The kitchen was fantastic. They had plenty of cooking utensils and cookware. Hot tub was fabulous! Plenty of places for shopping and dining out. The lake itself was very clean without any debris to enjoy your boating fun. If I had to suggest anything, it would only be the need for gas grill for cooking out. They do have a nice huge charcoal grill. Definitely giving this place all 5 stars! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Family Celebration

Overall property met our needs. Property manager was responsive to any questions we had on the property prior to our trip. House is very well stocked. There was some housekeeping items noticed such as cobwebs and dead bugs in the house and on the porch. Some suggestions from the group is there needs to be some towel racks in the bathrooms or bedrooms for bath towels and a few more cookie sheets.

Wonderful way to ring in the new year!

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this house. Truly a great spot for friends and family. Ample room, TONS of kitchen utensils and supplies, some pantry staples, and a great environment. Even though our weather wasn't the best, we still enjoyed the outside porch and the amazing firepit that overlooks a fantastic view of the lake. Host (Renee) is great and quick to respond to needs. Highly recommend!

Great Place and Location on Lake

Stayed here many many times. Very convenient location on lake with plenty dock space for our boats. House layout is great for a large group. Big deck to hangout enjoy the views and can even play cornhole by the hot tub. Views of lake are some of the best on lake and I been going to Lake greenwood over 20 years. Love having lots of parking and boat ramp. We stay in this house every year sometimes twice a year. Owners to a great job making it comfortable and if any problems the response is always quick. Another successful family reunion

Our family absolutely loves this home & location on Lake Greenwood for our reunions. This was our third time renting this property, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Awesome Lake House!

Once again the McMurray Family enjoyed our stay on Lake Greenwood! The house easily accommodated our big family, and we were able to celebrate our six summer birthdays together. We really liked the new flooring and enjoyed the new hot tub. This was our 6th summer to stay there, and we have already made reservations for next year!

Great location with a very nice house

6 very nicely furnished bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The gazebo was a great addition to the porch for those morning cups of coffee. Kitchen is supplied more than my own at home!! Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of parking for everyone that stayed and we even had three vehicles with boat trailers. Plus, more than enough room at the dock for all three boats.

Wonderful week at the Lake

This is our 6th year staying at this awesome lakehouse. It has everything needed for a relaxing, fun week with family. The large deck, the dock, the comfortable beds, the kitchen that has every tool needed, and the spacious living area are just some of our favorite things about this home on Lake Greenwood.

Perfect House!

Stayed here many times over the years. Best house on Lake on my opinion. Always clean, perfect layout for large groups with awesome views all day. Hot tub and firepit very nice to have when entertaining. Location on water perfect to all restaurants and local gas stores. Great dock for parking boat and jet ski lift. We love it year after year and when you have any problems, the owner is on it quickly. We have enjoyed ever stay at this property.
