Check out this one of a kind vacation spot! This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath Penthouse Condo has it all, located on the 6th floor at the Continental Condominiums. This 1400 square ft condo has room for the whole family sleeping 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has 2 queen beds and access to the private rooftop balcony! The guest bedroom accommodates 4 as well with two queen beds. The views are truly amazing from the penthouse! Let's talk about the location! This is the spot, directly across from Gulf World, 10 min. walk to Pier Park for shopping and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. The ECP airport is a short 15 min. drive, approx. 5 minutes to Frank Brown Park and only a 15 minute drive to 30A. This was the perfect place to stay. Was so clean, everything we needed except washer and dryer in the unit. Location was perfect and you didn’t have a huge crowd on beach. Krystina the host was amazing at communicating with us. Definitely want to come back!

The room was wonderful! It had everything you might need! It is decorated perfectly! Beachy without being over the top. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The furnishings were confy as well. Elevator waiting time in PCB can be a nightmare. While there were some waits, they werent too terrible long. The host was extremely sweet! The only thing I would do is bring more towels, kitchen and bath. There were no kitchen towels.

This condo was amazing. It was very clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Beach chairs are a very nice addition. Location was great to walk to several restaurants. The only issue we experienced was the host not receiving messages we sent through VRBO.

Under construction

We found out that this property was under construction when we got into Panama City, and we would have had no access to the upper deck overlooking the gulf. Our vrbo rep found us another rental a mile or so from this one at Grandview and it was fantastic. We actually got to peek into both rentals and they were both very nice. I just needed a balcony view. Everything work out well and our vrbo rep was Fantastic. A big thanks to her for working with us to make our trip special

Family Friendly and Convenient

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had two families to stay and we both had our space but were still together. The condo is newly renovated and has all the amenities needed. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vac.....

Location is perfect in walking distance to restaurants and pier park. A short 5 min. drive to Walmart. Condo was clean and had plenty of room for my family. The rooftop deck had a gorgeous view. The only complaint I would have is no washer and dryer in the condo. They do have a washer and dryer in the facility to use. Definitely not a deal breaker we will be back. We have stayed in this condo the last two years and will continue to use it as long as it's available. Also I would bring extra towels and bath cloths if you're gonna stay longer than a few days. They supply some just not enough for my bunch.

Great place

Have booked with this owner twice now and have been pleased both times. This particular condo is very roomy and great location. We dis have a hiccup with the frig but she addressed it no problem. Always love the location of this building so close to walk to many restaurants and shops but they are always working on something like the elevator. But we definitely manage since its good price, rooms are nice and clean and good location.

Mom and Sister getaway

Wonderful week in PCB. We love staying at the Continental because it’s right on the water, not a high rise, close to Pier Park and parking is easy! This was our first time in 601- it’s a huge condo and has plenty of room for 8 people. Decor is cute and updated and it was clean! 2 showers/bathrooms is awesome with girls! A/C is very cool and beds pretty comfy- loved the bedding! The only suggestions I have: no place to put suitcases/clothes. (No hangers in closet and one small dresser in one bedroom). Suitcase holders would be nice. There are a couple little maintenance items that would be nice to be fixed (although they don’t really hinder the stay much) including: dishwasher is not mounted to counter and feels like it will tip over when you open it, the tv remotes in bedrooms have dead batteries, main bathroom lighting is kinda dark, a closet door is off track making hard to open, and no vent cover over the loveseat so it’s cold sitting in that spot. We like to cook and stay on beach, and the pots and pans are kinda small for a condo that hosts up to 8. We had a great time and didn’t let a few inconveniences ruin a wonderful trip. I recommend the Continental to anyone!

Girls Trip

The room was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and clean. The ambiance was set with a light fireplace and gorgeous view of the beach. The roof top made the nights so pleasant befor ending with a night cap . If you go to Panama City Beach this is one place you must stay. The Penthouse Suite 601 . So friendly and great communication

Big place

A few minor maintenance issues but were taken care of by owner the day of arrival. Great communication and a big place. Location was perfect for Ironman Florida with a great roof top deck which we did not have time to really use. But would stay here again if racing this again.
